It’s a nice place to stay especially if you are travelling to the next provinces or cities since it is near to the bus station...near to SM Mall... the place is quiet old but the services are pretty very good. Request (hot water, cold water, additional towel, etc) were being provided immediately.. thanks to Casa Leticia for our happy stay... :)

I had an efficient time here in this hotel, it's strategically located in many vital locations in Davao. It's near sm, bus terminal, the medical clinic that we visited. had a carenderia nearby, just ask the front desk for budget traveling. A few walks from 77/11 and chowking.

OK. Was a clean room, double bed but 2 singles if you don't be specific. No Elevator.”
Room was small, good air conditioning, no hot water kettle, no bottles of water. Shower had hot water but no pressure. Shower was roomy. No wash cloths but big towels. No bath mat for floor. Wifi was pitiful. Not strong or none at all in the room No elevator but guard will take up the suitcases, etc. Breakfast was good, choice of American or Filipino. SM mall is not too far away but too far to walk. Everyone was friendly. If you depending on good wifi, this is not the place for you. Older TV, not flat screen. Plenty of channels to select from. Not sure if we would return again. Not much parking area.
