Place is located near the heart of KL. Accesible to all major shopping centres around KL. Apartment securities are superb. Owner is very helpful! He even managed to get us parking spot for our rental car. Security guards are friendly too. Definitely will come back in the future.

Worst than budget hotel”

The building is clean and nice, include the facilities - swimming pool n gym. But the room is totally worst. Wardrobe broken, studio musty smell, no hot water, dirty sink n kettle, sticky floor. Hard to contact person in charge during chk out. Person in charge not able to speak proper English nor Malay. If you ask recommend to friends? My answer is NO no NO... Bad experience. I recommend u to Placin Casa Residency, same building but difference agent. My sister booked earlier n stay 5days, person in charge is great.

it's not on the bukit bintang street like we imagine, actually it located near pudu street behind swiss garden hotel. its far from the shopping mall, we enter the apartment like an illegal resident,we have to wait the owner to come down to the gate ( not the lobby ) so we can pass the security to enter to the lobby.not recomended!

dirty and poor service ”

4 nights i been staying there.no one going to clean your room,even i been telling them so many times...only done the room cleaning on the day before i checkout..bed sheet is dirty with stain.but never change even you make the complaint...

A Very Pleasant experience,and a convenient location!”

Stylish Casa Residency We had pre booked and paid for the Studio unit for 7 nights,and yes it was a stylish apartment and had a kitchenette ,but we were here to rest after 8 weeks in India and spend as much comfortable resting time in the unit, as possible, but as this particular 1 bedroom apartment had no dining table,sofa, microwave oven or cable tv our helpfull and charming host Yani suggested the 2 bedroom unit,and it was just oerfect for what we Had planned. A Large comfortable Lounge Room with coffee table and sofas,large flat screen TV with cable channels,a large dining table with chairs. The. kitchenette had stylish modern bar stools and was equipped with a Microwave oven ,a hotplate and full size frig with Large freezer,electric jug and toaster,assorted plates and cutlery and fry pan. A 7_eleven store is a short walk away,they also stock beer ice cubes and frozen meals etc. There are also companies. and restaurants that offer home deliveries to your hotel. The in unit laundry was equipped with a modern washer dryer ,sink and ironing board. Both individual bedrooms had their own en suite with large oversize shower-heads in the enclosed shower cubicle. .A great view across the city was available from all rooms in this unit that all had separate individual A/C controls and overhead fans.. The double bed in each bedroom with bottom sheet and duvet was soft and cosy. The attractive outdoor swimming pool on 5th floor has tables and. chairs,sun lounges and change rooms. It was usually quiet deserted and private went we went there. I also spotted a Sauna room and Gym there. Our Host Yani generously allowed us a late check out as our flight was not until midnight. A taxi rank stand is outside the building. NOTE: Too avoid confusion, this is NOTa hotel, there is no reception desk, just security. at gate. Apartments here appear to be rented out by individual operators using different variations of the apartment name.

Unfavorable Stay”

1) Booking was not received by the hotel management(Shouldn't Agoda be the one who deal with the hotel and confirm they have receive the booking???????) solution: End out they gave us a studio room with poor condition which i believe it is the last room they have that night and there isn't any toiletries provided except towel and i have to use the soap pack left by the previous traveler. so what do you think??!! 2) No receptionist or point of contact I reach around 11pm and i have to check with the security which doesn't really know anything and i have to wait there for more than 30 min until the person in charge appear and thanks God he been very helpful. 3) Poor hotel management. Unable to communicate properly in english nor malay. So basically the whole trip were spoil! Thank you very much for this!

Good value for $”

clealiness, the facilities (washing machine with washing powder, swimming pool/Gym/sauna) the location (quite near Bukit Jalor/ Bukit Banting) and especially the politeness of the Agent. We booked our room thru Agoda and did not have to pay until few days b4 arrival. Further, the book changes was easy without any inconvinience. And last but not least, our check out was extended without any extra charge when there is no one check in right after us. Recommend this choice to any friends who come to KL in group or family.

Very different to Agoda photos no chairs or sofa in the room I emailed days before for late check in no reply mobile number did not work Had to hang around at 12:30 am until a agent arrived to give me card key People next door noisy and shouting at 4:00 am No cleaning of any kind done the whole 6 days no cleaning materials left not even a brush No change of towels or asked how my stay was Never return again
