Worth my time and money”
Nothing to complain about. Everything was good. Stayed here with my family for my convocation day and I'm glad I chose this place. The host was very friendly and helpful, had clear instructions, and was easy to communicate with. The location is strategic as well, with free parking. Mynews is just beside the lobby and u can get anything there. Definitely will come again! 🌟👍🏻

Great apartment”
A very clean apartment. Check in was easy. Communication was smooth, the host reply within a minute. Comfortable bed. Got 2 queen bed and 1 bathroom. The host provides two mattresses. The lift connected to car park and the lift for lobby is different. Got one free parking. Can also park in fromt of apartment, charge rm6 per day. Overall satisfied.

Like the -Complete facilities; -Cleanliness; -Comfy; -Unique swimming pool and gym; -The Homestay especially the 2nd one that we moved for the last stay. Very spacious! Quite sad though that we dont get it earlier; -Got private parking and also visitor park for reasonable price; -Near KK Mart and Mynews and other shop; - Owner very helpful and friendly; -Got stable Wifi and android TV Lastly, hope that owner can give us more than 1 access card to family group like us, as we have different things to do and to make our access easier. Also hope that we can gather like this and come here again. Thank you😊

Nice views of the city”
We stayed 3 nights at this apartment. Check in was easy - it was a self check-in and involved collecting the keys from the letterbox. You’d have to transfer the deposit beforehand though. There’s an assigned parking lot in B1 which is really helpful. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and just 1 toilet. The layout is a bit awkward, but it works I guess. Air conditioning was cold. The apartment looks a bit dated though. There’s a swimming pool and kids’ playground on level 6 - you’d have to book through the agent a day before you want to use the pool though cos the security will come and ask. There’s a small shallow pool for kids to splash around in too. The main pool is quite big and would allow you to do laps in, if you wanted. But be warned, I don’t think it gets a lot of sun, so the water’s pretty cold. There’s also a gym, and a self service laundry on Level 6. (The apartment has a washing machine but no dryer, although we left our clothes on the drying rack overnight and it was dry by the next morning) There’re 2 convenience stalls on the ground floor, which makes it convenient for any purchases you need to make. As for location wise, depending on where you want to go, it’s not technically in the heart of the city, but it’s easy to get anywhere within 15-20 mins.
