Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Best hotel in San Isidro”
Excellent Concierge, Comfortable Room, Great Location
The most amazing thing that happened to during my stay is that I needed to urgently courier a business document to the United States. The Concierge (Rolando) helped me contact FedEx and prepare the document for shipment. Additionally, the hotel could not turnaround a dry cleaning for my suit which I needed the very next morning. Rolando made sure that wasn't going to be a problem by bringing my suit to an external laundrette. Impeccable service levels.
The room was comfortable and the hotel overlooks a club next door, and a golf course across the street. I did not dine here, but my friends who did said the food was fabulous.
too many human errors”
Not good. Front desk clerks unattentive, lazy and lacking common sense. Srewed up on almost every single basic request of ours. Lack of proficient personnel who know how to apologize very wel but perform poorly gor a 5 star hotel. Very annoying wake up call at 3 AM without ordering it. Next night woke up by maintainance workers banging with a hammer at 3.30 AM that made us furious.
Lobby manager compensated us but it did not help to fix a ruined and restless vacation.
