Arcoris is a mixed development, located in Mont Kiara, next to Plaza Mont Kiara, 1 Mont Kiara and its within walking distance to Desa Sri Hartamas.
It is also next to Mont Kiara International School.
It is 5 minutes drive away to Publika, MATRADE and MITEC and 15 minutes drive to Mid Valley Megamall, KL Sentral and KL City Centres.
Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within 5 mins of walking or driving.
Arcoris Soho is right next to Hyatt House, Mont Kiara, opening April 2018.
The space
This is a 500sqft studio apartment, comes with a Queen size bed and 1 single sized floor mattress (will be provided if the book with 3 guests). You can have the entire studio apartment by yourself. Children can stay for free if sharing the same bed as adults.
This apartment is equipped with cooking facilities (inclusive of pot & pans and cooking utensils) and a 2 in 1 washer and dryer.
You can have full access to the swimming pools, gym, sauna rooms and jacuzzi.
Free 100 mbps Wireless Internet available in the unit. A TV box and a google Chromecast are available for your convenience. You can enjoy watching movies using TV box provided or stream your favourite youtube or Netflix programs using your smartphone/tablets to the TV via Chromecast.
Wireless internet connectivity are also available at communal terraces and pool terrace.
There is multi-tier Security and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
One free parking will be provided upon request.

*Missing of access card and key will be charged RM200. *No pets. *No over drinking and no blasting music. *Please minimize noise and not to disturb neighbours. *Strictly NO DRUGS. *Strictly NO Smoking. *Maintain cleanliness before leaving the house if possible. *No shoes in the unit. *Please switch off the aircon, Fan and lighting when not in use or going out. *Please note there is no daily housekeeping. The apartment will be delivered to you cleaned, with fresh linen, towels and toiletries upon check-in. We have also prepared extra towels, linens/bedsheets, toilet rolls and toiletries for your usage during your stay here. Additional Fees (RM60 per time) will be charged if cleaning is required.

Good Option in this Area”
Much better value than Hyatt next door if you don't need hotel service, nice view and easy self check in and great respond and instructions from owner. Perfect except owner should install a higher up shower head holder so that you don't have to use one hand to hold it whilst showering..
