Destin on the Gulf 502

The condo was NOT clean when we arrived. Dirty counters, dirty stove, water filter on refrigerator needed replacement, dryer did not work, AC filter hasn't been replaced in quite a while, thick dust on ceiling fan blades and chains. We could not walk on the floors without our feet getting black. The cleaning crew is not cleaning. The front door doesn't shut properly and, at a minimum, needs a new seal. Daylight comes in around the door. The kitchen window does not have a blind so anyone can look in. The bed frame in the master is splintering away from the footboard and looks as if it will fall at any minute. The dining room chairs are unsafe and have nothing more than foam and cloth. Sitting in them are very iffy, and they need replacement. The condo was not worth the price I was charged. IF the condo was given the love and updates and deep cleaning that are needed, the price would be justified.

The dryer did not work well in the condo but the was a communal dryer on each floor for $2 a load. Also our balcony furniture was older and rested one leg was broken.

Very dirty and dated. Laundry was communal and dryer didn’t dry well at all. Sand was in the sheets when we got there. Someone else’s hair on the tub wall. Stains on the curtains. These are just some of the things…

-The couch is awful sinks in the middle we stuffed it with pillows - dining room chairs also worn cushions sunk in - spare bedroom has chipped paint patches - master bathroom wallpaper is old and peeling - no beach towels to use make sure to bring ur own we bought some and had to figure out where to fit them going home - the gate code to access the property was changed without telling us we had to beg others to let us in until I called the vacasa
