Nice room, good location and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and tidy and has a nice relaxing vibe to it.
Nothing not to dislike, I didn't have any issues with anything. Everything that I needed, the hotel had or they made it available.

only the location
very small room with a wood floor that was coming up in places. Also one of the caretakers smoked all the time which was annoying. There was never anyone at “ the desk” and saying that breakfast was included is pushing it. A slice of cake or toast and coffee is what there is.

The one little thing is the lack of AC. The weather was perfect the week I was there, so I was fine! But keep it in mind if you book during a heat wave.

Warm, friendly and clean.”

Place and location are superb. Walking distance to tons of restaurants. Public transportation is close as well as main roads, but house is off on a smaller quiet street. The staff are great. Josue, is an incredible asset. He’s smart, courteous and friendly. Anything you need he can send you in the right direction. I highly recommend anyone stay here.

Cozy and friendly”

Wonderful, attentive staff, very clean rooms, and fair room rates. The hotel is on a quiet street, yet within an easy walk to a wide variety of excellent cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, and parks. Will stay here again!
Floors are a little creaky, but that is expected in an older B&B. It’s a very minor inconvenience for the charm of the place.

Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet, green lots of parks, restaurants, coffee shops. Walking distance to Chapultepec Park and other attractions. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. It was great.

Delightfull, but charm always comes with a few flaws.”

I had a wonderfull stay in the B&B. It was by far the best bed I ever slept in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the host was extremely helpfull, and it was a spotless clean room. As a whole this B&B really gave me a feel of Mexico which I appreciated! Apart from that you have to know that most rooms (all of them?) lay around a closed central courtyard. This means that, with all the windows open, sound does travel easy from one room to another. If you're not appreciative of this, get a room in a fancy new hotel, but you'll miss the charm of this local B&B.
My only fundamental remark: breakfast was always late. Maybe I'm an early bird but on Saturday breakfast wasn't served before 8.15h and on Sunday I missed breakfast completly, since there was no breakfast served before 9h.

As a frequent traveler to Mexico City, I will see myself staying at this property again and again.”

At first glance of the property before walking in, didn't know what to expect until being greeted at the front entrance of the property. Axel was gracious, polite and accommodating. Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast with made-to-order eggs great start to the day, location perfect and on a quiet street in Col. Condesa.

Axel was really friendly and Josue was helpful. The bed was comfortable. One suggestion is to take out the armchair and replace it with a large desk. Also a second bedside lamp would be useful.
The quality of the shampoo and shower gel could be increased. Also some body lotion can be added to the facilities.The plug points should be checked regularly for whether they are working or not.
