A pleasant stay at here with a very reasonable price. Cleanliness is superb and location is strategy as it's close to Twin Towers. Just that the parking is so complicated and not convenient, but the staffs are helpful. Lastly, the view from the room is fascinating.

I don't know where to start!!!”
Let's do it chronologically. At first, I was super hesitant to book it cuz it's going to be my first venture outside the hotels that's offered here in Agoda. Plus, the fact that there's a security deposit that needed to be paid outside this platform. I mean this day and age, THE TERROR! But hear me out, this will make sense later. First good sign, they're very responsive and respectful in whatsapp which made me feel at ease in an instant. This was weeks before my arrival. I feel so anxious and excited cuz I was doing something very spontaneous but the pics of the place looks very photogenic and this would go either both ways. Long story short, I fell in love with it. It was spacious, immaculately clean, total package ( did laundry and prep my own food ), lounged at the pool, staff are helpful, friendly and lovely. I finally found my home in KL! I just wish next time I am back, the Metro Station is already open and this place would be accessible. I love you Plush!

Personally for me this place was good.The staff all very friendly . Morever, the security guards was so kind. The swimming pool was perfect but i thought its klcc view but i didnt get it. Overall it was good place to with your partners,family and friends.

Very bad customer service. Apartment was clean and spacious.”
Pros - Apartment was spacious and had a good view. Cons- staff were late to give us our keys. Had to call them twice. First time because receptionist stated we did not have a room. For them to them state that check in is at 3pm and they will be there to give us the keys. Have to call again at 3.10pm as no one had come. They end up arriving at 3.40pm and state that they would have been there earlier if someone had told them! One light in bathroom was out so we could barely see anything and the only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom! They also stated they sent a welcome email (Which informs us how to give keys back, etc), was sent to us.. which they had not. Other than the room being nice, I would not rebook this apartment as it’s not close to anything walking distance and it was a long painful wait to get to our room!

Once you arrived you need wait for runner due their are air bnb . Problem when you want to check out . Need to left room key & car park access at room but then you cannot using lift of exit door with out . You should arrange you runner same like customer check in . Poor management . Sorry

Very happy with this accommodation, great clean room well maintained and good facilities. Because it was privately booked the staff weren't very helpful getting me into the room. The instructions came in a combination of messages and emails which made things a bit tricky as I didn't have data in KL. I would highly recommend this accommodation though, really enjoyed my stay

Cleanliness needs to be improved”
The unit is really nice with KLCC view. We really love the man made bathtub (made from tiles). But 2 things need to seriously improve: (i) Hygiene (our sheets were dirty and towel too. There were obvious stains thet could easily be cleaned off). The sofa needs to be cleaned too (ii) Customer service office - they do not have an office in the building. Hence if you have any problems that require their physical presence (door to unit cannot be opened, parking key problem cannot enter carpark, etc), you would need to wait 20-30 minutes for them to come. It is really a hassle for both parties. There should at least a representative on standby in the building just in case guests need immediate assistance like what happened to us I’ve stayed at Expressionz before and we had a great stay without any problems. Plush should seriously improve the 2 issues raises since you really have a beautiful unit that guests would love to stay. That is all.
