Arrived at noon and our 3 bedroom suite was ready, which we very much appreciated. Room was clean and housekeeping was quick in delivering the prayer mats and extra toilet rolls we requested. Will definitely return.

Pros. Great location and fast check-in. Cons. Launderette time should be review. 8am till 8pm is a hassle cause mostly guest are only back after 8pm after doing their shopping. It should be open 24hours.

Splendid Location ”
The location is really awesome as Brand Outlet is just at the basement. Pavilion is just a underpass away and lot10 is just beside while sungei Wang is a overhead bridge from lot10. The location is really good :)

We stayed at three bedroom apartment. all is good but just for improvement in the future, maybe the management can provide broom in the apartment, easy for guest to clean up little mess from time to time.

Strategic apartments which easiest for us to go shopping nearby and also not even 10 mins to wait for grab brought us to the place we wanted to go.the only I can complaint is the laundry only open till 8pm as a ppl who going shopping till its closed the shopping complex then will go back to apartment,we dnt even cnt do the laundry.

Rain water flush in the Bedroom & the floor was flood. The bath shower water is very slow & low, difficult to bath.

Traveling with self driving ”
No complimentary parking, parking fees is costly. Room soundproofing is very bad. Towel is smelly. Basically only the location is good, other than that I don’t think will stay again. 👎

It is in a great location, inside a mall in Bukit Bintang. The unit is okay, quite spacious but kinda outdated. The downside : small reception, more like an office and it does n' t have a lounge area. So for first impression is not good. I would recommend staying there for the great location only.
