Special thanks to the Lesung Restaurant, Mr Joey & Arif catered for us a delicious Char Kuew teow typically a large portion with a lot of Seafood. 2 pax can be shared for 1 plate. Next to Devan at the main desk, this guy man is very effective, generous and he knows his job. Quick check-in, hassle-free and great atmosphere with extraordinary architectural designs. Finally, to Mr Azizan, never fails to entertain the customers with a smiley face. Very open-minded. HD TV for screen mirroring. Furthermore, let me share with other travellers why this hotel stands out. Flexible, bell-boy service available, anytime housekeeping at your doorstep to assist us, cosy mattress with mind-boggling 3R CONCEPT sky juice bottles. Shower gel with shampoo was in a ketchup press upside-down bottle easy squeezey and averting unnecessary spilling. On the other hand, the cafe is glad to cater for vegetarian to a vegan menu. In the lobby, a self-service expresso machine at the convenience store is available with varieties of cakes and cold drinks in the chiller. While waiting to check-in and check out, the travellers can have druthers here. A modern design for travellers who are looking for sth coeval. What needs to improve A TV channel for children. Other impressive things were each level available of the phone to connect to the main desk if any emergency. I maintain the similar cleanliness and hospitality certainly attracts more travellers in future. Will come back here.

Comfortable new hotel near to Hospital Kuala Lumpur ”
Stayed here while visiting family in HKL. Location wise it is very convenient to go to and fro HKL even during peak hours. Breakfast was good - had adequate choice of selection which I thought was affordable for the price. Room is a bit small but comfortable enough. Free parking surrounding the hotel but limited in number. Usually full during office hours but there is a paid RM5 open parking space next to hotel. Staff are friendly. Good place to stay if you would like to commute to HKL frequently.

Booked for 1 night stay and its for birthday celebrations, talk to the hotel and the hotel provided free simple birthday decorations, the room is amazing! Love the view from the bed, enjoying the breakfast also, will definitely come again next time, recommended!

It is conveniently located beside grand season hotel and u just cross the road to go HKL.very near to chow kit monorail station too. Regarding parking, valet parking available for RM 15 multiple entry or just park at roadside, first come first serve. There is another RM 5 per entry parking beside the hotel too.The staff is friendly and explain well to me about the parking. The room is relatively small but it is equipped with small fridge,safety box,iron,and hairdryer too.Overall,I'm satisfied with the stay.just the room is a bit dusty,might can improve on that.Thanks.

All are great. Except no parking. U can get free parking infront hotel, but depends on availability since it is public parking and very limited. Rm15 for valet parking or rm5 for third parking behind hotel. Also depends on availability.

Simple, clean & near to Monorail”
good place to stay if you don't mind the neighbourhood... definitely not THE tourist spot of KL... it's a more gritty area of town where REAL KL-ites live and work. Not to worry, it's safe and the bright lights of main street (Bukit Bintang/Jalan Sultan Ismail/Pavilion) is just a short hop away via the monorail so you're still connected

During my stay 30th May- 04th Jun I parked my car there, but no one is collecting car park fees at the entrance/exit . Same goes to my stay on 09th Jun - 11th Jun ,however at the time I checked out on 11th Jun there is an Indian uncle come over to me when I am collecting my car . He approaches me in a very unfriendly way and scold me why I didn’t pay for the car park fee. Once I paid all the car park fee I just realize my tyre are flat. When the time I am repairing my tyre at the workshop, the mechanic told me that he believes someone is deflate my tyre air as the tyre are perfectly well.
