A must try to complete a great experience in Cusco”
A totally different experience than any other hotels . One of the best ever experience i ever had . Amazing and very supportive staff, decoration of the hotel and its inside restaurant is very attractive and awesome. Hotel room was very spacious and beautiful , it had everything from Gym Machine , microwave, full kitchen equipment , very decorative . Restaurant is one of the best restaurant in the city , very delicious food. Location is perfect just 3minutes walk to central plaza. If i return back for sure i will return back to fallen angels. Thank you for the amazing stay.
Nice guest house with big "arty" room”
The guest house is located in a very convenient and beautiful place. The room we had was very big with a nice decoration full of art pieces. Although there were bigger room with nice city view and the agora site did not provide choices at the reservation so not sure how the rooms are allocated... Despite the room being very cozy the bathroom is not conveniently designed. The staff is very pleasant and kind however the service is not at the level of an hotel : despite pre-arrangement nobody was at the airport to pick us up. On the day to go to Machu Picchu we relied on the recommendation of the staff for the taxi and we missed our train.... Same for departure no free shuttle despite communication that could make you think there is one. We asked for a taxi to be booked at a certain time and it was not booked accordingly. Nevertheless if you want to have a different experience than usual hotels this is a good one
Definitely an experience”
The staff was fantastic, as was the coca te, and the room was massive.
I'm relatively torn here--the staff was so good to us that it helped bridge the gap with any of the things we didn't like about the place. It was located so close to the city center and many fine restaurant options, and we spent the vast majority of our time out of the room. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite (the white room), which was absolutely massive, so I can't speak for normal rooms. The decor was nothing short of bizarre throughout the entire complex--bizarre to the point of me wondering what I'd done booking there. It was definitely worth the visit, and I suppose had I researched more I could have found out about this ahead of time. Overall, I'm glad that we had the experience, and again, the staff was top notch in terms of demeanor, attention, etc. On the flip side, for the money being paid, if you're looking for something romantic and/or par for the course for the dollar, I'd look elsewhere.
I won't hesitate to recommend the place to people heading to Cusco, but I'll do a good job of setting proper expectations.
Amazing Hotel with great customer service!”
Creatively designed rooms, very attentive staff, amazing breakfasts!!
We went to Peru for our honeymoon and stayed at Fallen Angel for 4 nights before doing our 4-day trek and it was just the perfect hotel for us. There are only 4 rooms and each room are uniquely designed. We stayed in 2 different rooms and couldn't decide which one we liked more! The staff took very good care of us! Their breakfasts are to die for -- TRUST ME! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel! We would definitely go back! The staff at Fallen Angel made our honeymoon that much better! I highly recommend this place!
