The view was amazing, the nature breath-taking. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The location was too far from down town, and there was no restaurants or cafes.

Family of 4 - loved staying here in spring (non skiing) season”

Travelled as a family of 4 - parents and 2 boys 5 + 9. We stayed in 4 hotels during our spring holiday in Austria and the kids loved this one the most. We did not go for skiing - and still enjoyed it! Accommodation: We were in an apartment in the main part of the building (they also have individual chalets) two large separate bedrooms and a smallish kitchen in between, separate bathroom and toilet. Food: Bread was delivered to us daily and there is a great little fridge, where you take fresh milk, eggs, butter, yoghourts and drinks and write down what you have taken on a daily basis) honour system). Supermarkers are a 15 minute walk away (or 5 mins in the car) There is also a refrigerated vending machine outside which sells freshly &#47;locally made main meals! e.g. (great) Goulash soup, chili con carne, tomato soups etc. Lots of restaurants in Grossarl. Location: beautiful - next to a river, with a sand pit and two playgrounds for the kids - Activities: trampoline, swings and other play areas and the whole complex is closed off so we let the children roam around alone. They loved the skelters and mini cars and tractors :) For the parents: Sauna in the main building. Totally recommend it for family. Extra Activities: they organized a &#39;BBQ your own bread and sausage&#39; session on the Wednesday - free pony rides on the Thursday and you could play with pet the animals too.
The road to the nearest &#39;bigger&#39; town is a bit steep and curvy - takes a out 15 minutes - and needs full concentration - on the other hand - the vista is beautiful.

敷地内の子供の遊ぶ施設がとても充実している。近くにも有料の遊び場、無料の遊び場があり、子供を遊ばせるのに事欠かない。
夕食が提供される施設があればなおよかった。注文すれば配達される用意はあったし、近くにレストランも複数あったので結果的には困りませんでしたが。

Vriendelijk personeel, alles was aanwezig wat er gewenst is. Van eitjes en broodjes in de ochtend tot vriendelijke service over een verloren sleutel.
Het was iets verder lopen dan verwacht, het is 5 minuten lopen naar de eerste gondel en 10 minuten naar de tweede (waar ook de skischool en verhuur is).

In onze bevestiging stond een tweede badkamer aangeduid, maar die bleek niet aanwezig. Bleek achteraf een fout in de bevestiging van Booking te zijn, even vervelend.

Unser Aufenthalt im Feriendorf Holzlebn”

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Tolle Wellness Oase im Keller des Haupthauses (Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarotkabine und Ruheraum). Sehr ruhig.
Frühstück für 12 Euro war zu teuer.
