第一次住酒店被客服说你没礼貌。。。还追出来像要打我一样，我还卡，就是好好递给他，反过来，追着我说没有礼貌，我都不知道 我哪里没有礼貌了，清理房间的人，关门大大声，我在房间里吓的一跳，那人还给我不好的脸色看，希望酒店老板可以去看看。。。客户要教训住酒店的人。。。被我说叫警察就怕了。。。客服还说，退房要我等他，态度要好，然后我就还卡就走而已，他追着我说，还卡，态度要好。。。omg。。。这里除了房间好点，其他的就希望有其他选择就选其他的吧。。。客服还说有问题找他，他的意思就像找他吵架一样。。。可惜我没拍下来。。。

Comfortable and clean room, water dispenser located near the lift, even ironing board also provided at the corner of the corridor . Thanks for the friendly staff that offers me for upgrade to the room with windows. Parking was FOC if you park in front of the hotel.

Nice area, if drive a car. Nearby lots of restaurant; morning & night road not too busy. The bedroom space quite sizeable & the best part is the bathroom is so clean. AC is cool enough.

Very comfortable and clean room and nearby local food. Opposite mamak and also Nasi Kandar Immigration. Walking distance is Penang famous Mother Son wantan mee. Also delicious wild boar satay.
