4/15的預定 8/26入住當天才說要換旅館 當時已經晚上十一點了 另外有一個兩人組也是同樣的命運 最後去新的旅館後他們還被告知沒有雙人房 只能入住單人房 不會再去第二次了

Good For No Frills Stay”
The price is reasonable and the manager is very friendly and helpful. Do note that other staff's English is below par. The property is very small and the rooms are very basic. It commensurate with the price you pay. Great if you are going to spend little time in your room. Location is good.

We booked a family room with balcony but were given 2 separate rooms instead. But luckily both rooms were on the same floor. It's inconvenient considering our stuff are packed together as a family and we need to walk to and fro both rooms. We have also booked a family room much in advance for another 2 nights (after we checked out from Hanoi to go Sapa) and after back to Hanoi were given 2 separate rooms on 2 different floors (1st and 5th floor). We have paid the accom for the 2 nights in full on the 1st night we arrived. Feel the hotel failed to deliver and we were being short-changed. We could have moved to another hotel but since we have paid the hotel in full just decided to stay through. All in all a bad experience at Hang My hotel.

The staff is really friendly and we can communicate smoothly in English. The room is clean and well maintained. It's in the old quarter so it's easy to walk around. Overall a really nice experience.

Convenience location, old hotel & facilities, bad attitude staff”
The only advantage is location. Hotel room looked old and very tired facilities. Upon check-in, we booked 2 rooms: 1 Deluxe (with view) and 1 Suite. They leaded us to a Superior room without view and told us this is a Deluxe room, and even insist this was the room we booked with very bad attitude until we showed her a photo and our confirmed booking. She took us down to the lobby and check with her manager, then told us that they will arrange another rooms for us, without any apology. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Eventhough we book for Hangmy Hotel, when we get there they says they lied us and let stay us in another cheap unclean hotel. Never refund money. No good service. NOT ONLY US. while we are waiting every guest who booked with agoda they tell the same. and We all have to say in the shit smelly unclean room. TOTALLY A LIAR !! PLEASE DONT BOOK THE HOTEL. THIS IS MY REAL EXPERIENCE...
Hotel with Good Location but with unorganized staff”
We booked 3 rooms but apparently the 3rd room given to us was already occupied. Thus, we were given another room on the first floor with no phone line. Also, they offered us a day tour around Hanoi for $25/pax and our understanding is that the tour will be exclusive to our group as they mentioned that we will be provided a car. But to our disappointment, they include us to another tour group. Then, they offered us an airport transfer from Hotel to Airport and charged us at first for $10, then when we are about to leave they asked for an additional $5 because they said the $15 is for a group of 4 only and we were 6 so we paid an additional $5. To our disappointment, the vehicle provided to us is still small as we have luggages with us so we just have to squeeze ourselves into the vehicle. The staff did not anticipated that we have luggages and should be considered when assigning a car. Moreover, when we requested an extension for one room so we can store our luggages while we are on tour and so we can shower after we're back from the tour, the main staff insisted that we have to get 2 rooms since there were 6 of us, she only allowed us to get 1 room when we declined her offer that we will not be getting any room instead if she will insists. The only best thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast they serve which is very good but their staff seems to be unorganized.
IN THE HEART OF OLD QUARTER”
Clean and bright lobby on arrival, the room is spacious and has all amenities I needed. The room was serviced and restocked daily. Breakfast buffet was simple but adequate. Be aware that front desk staff will try hard to sell you tour packages before checking you in, which might not be a bad thing for you, but for me all I wanted to do was to get in my room to have hot shower after long flight. All and all it was great stay and highly recommend this hotel.
1) On the eve of our flight to Hanoi, hotel informed us that we have to pay additional cost when we arrive because the room rate we booked was supposed to be higher than what Agoda charged us. We just agreed to downgrade our room, so we won't pay extra cost. To Agoda, could you check if there was error or miscommunication with you and the hotel? As the hotel claims, it turns out that the price indicated in confirmed booking is wrong. Such discrepancies caused inconveniences for us. 2) We requested for airport pickup. Flight details were provided (our arrival is past midnight), and the hotel confirmed it. When we arrived in Noi Bai Airport, no driver showed to pick us up. Then a guy (turns out a private airport transfer driver) approached us and asked the hotel's phone number. He called, and the hotel staff on duty that time confirmed that there's no one scheduled to pick us up. In the end, the guy brought us to the hotel. As far as I know, I've never heard explanation why there's no one picked us up in the airport. 3) We arrived at the hotel past midnight, As special booking instruction, I requested that we will check-in early. BUT we can't check-in yet because: Early check-in policy is still around 12:00nn and there's no room available anyway (fully booked). Staff kindly looked for another hotel nearby where we can check-in for a while (so we had to pay for another hotel). He assisted us and told to come back at 12:00nn to the hotel. I just wish the hotel explained it to us. We're aware of standard check-in time, but I sent our flight info, that we will arrive in past midnight, so I assumed that they understand that we will check-in around that hour. Besides they didn't have comment in our special instruction. 4) Wifi signal became poor on our 2nd day until last day. 5) Free breakfast food selection is delicious. 6) Location is good. 7) Staff are cheerful. 8) Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay.
繁華街から少し離れているので夜は静かでした。 朝食はバイキング形式で十分な種類と量がありました。 シャワーのお湯は電気の貯湯式なので、モタモタしていると水になってしまいますが、普通に入ればあまり問題無いと思います。 エアコンは冷暖房効きました。 エレベーター完備で高階でも安心です。 ホテルでのツアー申し込みもスムーズに出来ました。 冷蔵庫も十分冷えていました。 次回もまた泊まりたいです。
