The pool is our best feature being 26,000 sq ft in size, featuring a kids play area with the three slides and other play equipment, which are a huge hit with the kids. There is a sandy area to serve as a simulation of the beach and there are also plenty of nooks and crannies for adults to find some rest and relaxation away from the little rockers. The hotel has a comprehensive pest control system to manage all ants and other pests around the hotel. Past sundown, there can be a number of mosquitoes flying about and it's inevitable in tropical countries such as ours. We recommend wearing a repellant to keep the mozzies away. 需要爬进浴缸🛀冲凉，有点不方便。 水温偏冷；要嘛就是冷水要嘛就热水，没有温水。 服务超级棒，一打电话给前台要冰块和罐装水不到五分钟就送上门。 即便防疫中，服务与热情还是一如既往，应该说比以前更好很多。 很感谢帮我们提行李的消毒行李的员工，还有前台的友善帮助。

Hi Calvin, Though it's pleasing that you appreciated the cleanliness on our premises, I am sorry that the restaurant offerings left you wanting. We have 3 onsite outlets for dining, one of which is closed for renovation. The Hard Rock Cafe serves authentic American cuisine and our Starz Diner is known especially for its Asian selections of Malaysian delicacies. I'm sorry you found this to be insufficient.
