we were welcome by a freindly staff for instant private check IN. free welcome drink and a full stuffed kitchen with mineral water, instant noodle, chocalate, canned food available. enough bed for 7 of us. but do remember to buy full occupamcy, if we buy cheap for double (2 pax), we need to pay extra pax fee - fair enough. anyway owner are friendly to negotiate. we extend our stay.. enjoy the Hop In Hop Off bus service nearby stop. Not that we need it. every things is nearby to walk in KL city will come back

Will not stay in any apartment by Harta8 again”

Even a hotel didn't charge me the extra pax, but this apartment need! Every time I book hotel just to see the number of bed, is it enough to my family, but never see the 'pax' to stay. It's also same as this time, I booked a 3 bedroom apartment (it's only for 1 pax) and the tenant said the apartment is only for 1 person to stay.Any extra person need to pay extra charges which is RM50 per pax, so I need to pay RM250 for extra 5 pax, but it doesn't show in website. Even I book other hotel for two single bed I can stay for 7 people without any charges. In common sense, does a person to travel will stay a whole apartment which has 3 bedroom solely? However the tenant give me discount for the extra charges that I need to paid RM150, but add on the normal price, I can stay in 5 star hotel! Feel cheated and ridiculous charges! The apartment is very Malay style and a bit old fashion but it is clean. If u want wifi or parking lot, need to pay extra charges too. Bad attitude by tenant when talking by telephone. Luckily, that's a very very friendly staff. It's the first time and also the last time, will not to stay in this apartment in the future!

Amazing Bukit Bintang on your door step. Arab Street nearby for Halal Food. Its our mistake we bought cheapest promotion for single person. we need to pay extra for the other 8 pax. but owner very kind to discount further. Above all still reasonable for an apartment. Love the pool. مكان جيد. الطعام الحلال قريب شكر

Big big disappointment. ”

None are good! The condominium management did not allow us to use the facilities and the swimming pool and we were notified by a letter from the condominium management. The letter also mentioned that Harta8 is operating the business illegally. The children were really upset and disappointed for not be able to use the swimming pool. Very very disappointed and not recommended to anyone.

just a normal place to stay”

I had to chose this hotel because theres no other option as most affordable hotels are fully booked. Although the hotel is located around the city aream and some shopping centres are within walking distance, but I still be considering getting a taxi to get me to places. Getting a taxi from the hotel is very difficult. and I have to google myself to book for taxi going back to the airport. No internet is provided.

A great location but master room's water heater is not function! If provided a free parking & an extra room key is available will be much more better!

Truly Home Away from Home”

Host very accommodating and helpful, even we are 2 hours late from appointment reached at midnight. We are form Sabah. found the place well keep, clean and practical with washing machine. Security very strict but later helpful with children, sending them up once they know us. great view of Petronas KLCC & KL tower form the balcony. parking is easy at a fee. Regret host deduct partial of the deposit, due to vase and plate broken. Cant complaint its my kis fault

I would not recommend this apartment for family vacation, too dirty and old features. Water heater failed in main bathroom! no satellite TV, no Internet!!

Spacious Apartment but not well maintained”

Firstly, I thought it was a hotel type but was an apartment stay run by an individual. Not a professional set-up though. Had to wait for a long time to 'check-in' as the lady in-charge forgot to bring the carpark access key. Had to pay extra for parking & wifi useage. The lady in-charge even demanded a RM300 deposit although none was mentioned during booking. Apartment was spacious for 5 adults & 1 child. However, the furnishing & kitchen utensils were not properly maintained. The bedsheet & plates/cups looked like it's been used over & over again without being clean thoroughly. Ventilation was poor inside the kitchen with cooking smells left by previous guests still lingers. Would not book this place again nor would recommend to anyone else.

Very bad experience with the security guard, arrogant with no respect to customer. Have to pay extra money even parking have to pay without receipt.

以前にクアラルンプールのインピアナ・ホテルに滞在したことがあったので、予約時はその系列の「ホテル」かと思っていました。宿泊費も相応な額なので、適度なサービスが受けられるものと過信していました。ところが、実際に訪問してみると、コンドミニアムの部屋をホテル代わりに利用しているだけでした。レセプションなどもありませんでした。
