What do you expect from a budget hotel mate? Got clean towel. Clean bed. Aircond. Private Bathroom. Tv. Thats it.

There is no one pick up and answering the phone from noon time till 2pm. There is no flexibility and understanding from the staffs.

Horrible !! Don't Ever Stay!”
We have sent a mail confirming of our stay and that we will check in after 12pm but by 3pm to which the hotel replied as "ok". We arrived at the hotel at 1.45pm to find no one is at the counter. What's more weird is that a big printout were kept on the counter saying " come after 2.45pm. Out for lunch break" Then at 2.30pm a very annoyed looking Indian Lady came and were shouting at us as to why we came to check in during her lunch break and there is no other employee is working in the check in counter except for her!!! She were RUDE, SWEARING IN RAW WORDS AND VERY VERY UNPLEASANT AS IF SHE IS BEING FORCED WORKING THERE. Hotel owner: Please get rid of this woman if you still interested to run this hotel. Note to agoda please review your hotel clients because a good name like yours should be keeping a client base of a decent hotel who values their customer. We know this is a budget hotel but that does not mean their attitude come in a budget too. Room was ok but can do much better as to cleanliness. Never again going to Hello Hotel. To everyone who considering to stay in this hotel, I would strongly discourage unless you don't mind being treated like a trash by the hotel receptionist.

Worth for budget trip”
Free parking. Room is just fine. WIFI signal is very weak. Slippery bathroom floor. Sufficient room facilities. Not suitable for family trip. Near to supermarket and eateries. Near to Sunway Pyramid, less than 5 minutes drive.

(NEGATIVE COMMENT) Environment teruk. Depan hotel selalu ada anjing hitam. Bagi anjing mkn dpn pintu. Langsung x jaga sensitiviti muslim. Malam2 selalu ada org india mabuk2 tepi hotel. X selamat dan x selesa. Xde parking khas. Sape cepat dia dapat. Aircond dah max fans & suhu paling rendah tapi slow gila. Ambil masa yg lama utk sejuk. (POSITIVE COMMENT) Bilik air luas dan selesa. Air laju. REVIEW IKHLAS DAN JUJUR :- BAIK CARI HOTEL LAIN LA. MAHAL SIKIT XPE ASAL SELAMAT DAN SELESA.
