1. Check-in between 3pm-10pm; Check-out before 12pm. Guests need to let us know what time you'll be arriving in advance. 2. Guests are required to show a photo ID before check-in 3. A MYR150 damage deposit is required 7 days before arrival through online transfer or bank in. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. 4. The minimum age for check-in is 21. 5. Strictly no smoking in the house or penalty will be imposed. 6. Parties/events are not allowed. 5. Guests need be quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. Late check out/early check in is subject to availability and will be charged.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Once in the room proceeded to check all in order but the tv box and tv not working. As a paying customer I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with the owner to repair the tv. But still can't and owner said faulty. Owner said can't do anything and have to wait till tomorrow. Change room. Also wait till trow. Just imagine if aircond, water heater not working also have to wait till trow. By then already checkout. The room should be checked in good functioning order before the guest checkin. Ask for a refund the owner said no. Proceeded to check out immediately. Only in the room less than 1 hour mostly spent fixing the tv. Never used anything not even the bathroom. What u pay them is not as advertised and not what u get. No WiFi nvm. No TV also .what to do in the room.. You have been WARNED.

Great stay for family with small kids”
Studio apartment with simple and clean decorations. The self-checkin checkout procedure was straightforward. Note that there will be RM150 deposit that will be returned in 24hrs after checkout. Free safe parking space are provided. The sofa bed was huge and comfy that the studio can cater 4 adults comfortably. Cons: TV channels are limited and aircond is not strong enough to cool the whole studio. But we had a comfortable stay, anyway.

The studio is clean and basic facilities are all provided. Just that WiFi was not provided. Kettle was a bit dirty but overall, we had a wonderful stay here!
