旁边就是sm davao mall，不过刚新开，店还不是很多，距离市中心比较远，打车要120P，去机场要200P。如果真的要选，建议住在sm lanang旁边的TUNE更好，也靠近Mall，去市区也是150P以内。距离机场更近。

是個蠻新的飯店，房間設備也都舒適，早餐提供4種選擇，菜色一般，飯店位置位於SM 購物中心旁，因此一般購物餐飲方便，但離市中心還有一小段距離，但搭計程車前往也都方便！

在sm city davao边上，步行距离5分钟，吃饭购物非常方便。 离机场较远，打车至机场约210比索。

Hotel was Ok But....”

Everything was ok. There was a leak on the floor one of the rooms I booked but was accomodated to a bigger room which was great. The big NEGATIVE to me was that they sprayed pesticide in the hallways and to the vacant rooms and not just the typical household pesticide but a commercial grade pesticide which the smell entered our room and I have a 5 month old with me and hope there would be no bad side effects to my son. The breakfast was ok value for money. Aside from the handling of pest control. Overall was great. But not sure if will book again due to the pesticide incident.

Affordable and Nice”

We stay here for 4 nights and it was our first time in Davao City, had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was small but it was very nice clean and cozy, they have the most comfortable beds and had fast WIFI connection. Great staff! they were very responsive and accomodating, provided all my requests and they were very polite. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant though, good thing it's location is just beside Sm City Davao and there are nearby stores and 7eleven which was very convenient and accessible. For a 7,140php hotel cost for 4n with taxes and fees included, it was a great deal. We will definitely stay here again!

Most hotels were closed when we booked. This hotel was close enough to Ulas to make our purpose in Davao successful and without inconvenience. It was close to SM Davao and many food choices which delivered to tdee hotel.

My husband loved our stay. One of the best hotels we stayed in so far. He actually said it was like the hotels he stayed at in Holyland fee years ago.

I liked the home-y vibe of the room, and the hotel was easy to locate. It was near the mall, and there was pop-up a Japanese restaurant just outside it, too. Convenience stores were also near which was nice because we checked in late and didn't have toiletries since the housekeeping was done for the day already. I really appreciate the front desk girl who lent me her phone charger without second thoughts. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you!

Pros: Value for money, near to the center and shopping mall, property is clean and good breakfast Cons: (not really negative but more of improvement) Add facility like gym or pool.

My only comment is that there were very limited selections of food for a breakfast buffet.
