The hotel is in a very good location and the staff is very helpful always
Just off the main drag. ”
Simple and good.
Abad metro is a hotel close to KSRTC bus stand and for one day stay it is Ok .All You can say that it is satisfactory .
Good budget hotel”
Very decent hotel.
Very clean and confortable but reception guy was just so so. Possible to have a buffet breakfast for 150roupees but also just so so
Value for your money”
Cleanliness, Location, Flexibility of hotel rules
I found Abad Metro very pleasant and clean. I had work near to MG road and the location of this Hotel proved very convenient.
Due to circumstances I had to overstay for some 6 hours more at the Hotel. Abad Metro charged me for half a day instead of full day which is unlike other hotels that I've had experience.
it was clean and comfortable room and easy accusse”
clean comfortable and n value for money
it was good and the staffs were very nice good and friendly, and its located in central place where its very close to the main road, famous shopping halls and cinimas
Pleasant short stay”
Good room, Friendly staff, Centrally located
Abad Metro is a cost effective hotel useful for quick short stays. The bathroom was a tad small and i found the hotel to be useful for my purpose. They even offered me a half day rent option since my bus was leaving later in the evening and i thought this was nice. Its also close to the KSRTC bus stand so you can walk it if you're traveling to Bangalore/ Mangalore. Pretty far from fort kochi but very close to the central mall on MG road, useful for getting supplies quickly. The breakfast buffet didnt suit my pallette. and was rather short of options.but in all, I'd give this hotel an 8/10.
Value for money”
Fast internet,Clean rooms,Near the airport
The stay was comfortable and good and the rooms were clean and spacious, the bus stands were nearby and there was easy access to auto rickshaws. There were taxis available near the hotel and the airport was also close. The internet service was also fast and good. The staff was also good.it was value for money. The security and concierge was good
The hotel was one of the cleanest we stayed in Kerala, staff really helpful, food was ok breakfast could maybe offer more. For the price range it was very good and compared maybe much better than other
For the price range it was very good and compared maybe much better than other hotels of similar rating.
booked for 4 nights. told to change room on the 3rd night cos rooms had to be given to another guest. as compensation gave us 3 smaller rooms. lousy manager but friendly staffs.since i had to come back to the hotel again i agreed.
Average hotel, doesn't have minibar in AC standard rooms
Abad service by staff is excellent
We stayed in Abad Metro for 2 days followed by Abad Hotel in Chullikal. Abad Metro is a business hotel which is not suited for a holiday. tthe room was not satisfactory compared to the Abad at Chullikal which is recommend strongly.Their hospitality was great. The food in Abad Chullikal was excellent..hats off to the Chef. All visitors will be satisfied at Abad Chullikal.
nice hotel for Indian businessmen”
friendly staff, good proximity to train station
This hotel seemed more targeted to local businessmen than tourists. Room was average, small single bed with grubby looking sheets, took some time after requesting (several times) a towel for it to actually appear. Staff were friendly and very kindly stored my luggage for me for.
Good Hotel in the business district of Kochi”
Large rooms, in the center of business district of Kochi (MG Road)
The hotel is located off MG Road, around 100 mtrs from another hotel of same group, Abad Plaza.
Room that was allocated to us was larger than expected, had all basic amenities.
Room service was quick enough.
However, the passage was little smelly, though the hotel was very clean.
There is a small restaurant at ground floor. Its ambiance is very good. They serve few nice local dishes, and breakfast also.
We stayed there for 1 day only.
Main advantage is, it is very near to Kochi's business places.
a great retreat from the bustle of Kochi”
large clean rooms, excellent bathroom
needs free internet connection
abad metro has excellent large rooms, good air conditioning and clean well-serviced bathrooms. it is a very good place to be able to retreat to after a day on the hectic streets of ernakulam. the staff are very helpful and cooperative. they have a special travel desk where you can book day trips or taxis. one excellent feature is being able to order room service for any meal at flexible times. this is very convenient if you tire of eating out.
great rooms, good service”
the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness and availablity of services
free wifi would be great
abad metro is a no-nonsense hotel with everything you need especially if you're looking for a refuge after a day of activity. it's spacious rooms are quiet and well-serviced, very easy to spend time in. it has excellent room service and very helpful staff.
business hotel, nothing special”
close to bus and train station
Sorroundings not nice
Normal business hotel, very few facilities but rooms are quite nice and comfortable.
It's very close to the central bus stand, train station at 2 kms and ferry to Khocin not far and easy to reach.
MG road just few hundrens meters from hotel. Even if it's in downtown sorroundings are not very nice.
Much better to stay in Khocin
Good, Solid Choice in Ernakulam”
Central location, simple clean rooms, hot (very hot!) water all day, great Kerelan breakfast, good staff
I booked into this hotel by mistake. The Agoda website show it as in Fort Cochin. It's not - it's in downtown Ernakulam. Hey Agoda- how about my cab fare for your mistake?? You never got back to me! It turned out to be a better choice - for me at least. Fort Cochin is full time touts and hassle, Ernakulam is a typical lively South Indian city but with a relaxed atmosphere. Going to Fort Cochin on the ferry (a nice experience in itself) for day trips was far preferable. The hotel is very much for Indian businesspeople and offers few 'tourist' facilities but that is no disadvantage if you explore the local ares for eating and shopping options. The Kerelan breakfast was excellent - a charging range of parathas, dosa, idlis, sambals, plus western standbys of omelet, toast and jam made for a filling experience to start the day. The daily fresh juice + milky coffee were also good
Very clean and spacious.Good sized bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Good location. Great staff
Breakfast menu restricted. Some channels not available on TV
We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned daily with fresh linen provided, the maid was delightful and saw to all our needs. We had plenty of hot water in a very good sized bathroom. The air-conditioning was very efficient. The food was very good, room service was efficient, however the breakfast was a little restricted for guests staying in the hotel for more than a few days. The hotel is in a good location for transport and restaurants. The hotel tour guide was very helpful in arranging tours and taxis.
