Maybe it’s because we have too high expectation of this trip to Okinawa, and always hear about the famous Japanese style service, the stay in Hotel Monterey turns to be a very disappointing one. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet serve terrible food, not tasty, especially barely no vegetable and not many fruits. The cleaning is not satisfying, the sofa in the room has many stains on it. The elevator is very very slow, it costs me 30mins to go to room to change a pair of shoes from the breakfast restaurant. Also, didn’t give impressive service to the baby, you have to ask for everything.
Thank you very much for using Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa & Resort. However, despite of your using our hotel for a chance, We were very sorry that we could not meet your expectations. All staff will make efforts to be able to be a hotel that guests can stay comfortable and secure. Thank you for your precious opinion.
