Amazing property with a scope for more in store if they have the staff trained/replaced. Two incidents in particular: 1. The room-service/cleaner insisted on being responded to - rang the bell so many times that I had to respond amid a meeting. And when I didn't answer, they just entered the room. Usual practice is to call the patron over the phone or not disturb, even if the DND is not on. 2. The doorman was extremely rude, slammed my car door (certainly not accidental) when I didn't have change to give him a tip. It was unfortunate to see such entitlement and arrogance in staff of a great hotel. Please do something about this. 3. The frontdesk is somewhat understaffed at times, and takes a while to process room allocations.

some waste placed just right outside of our room, the first impression was not good. requested twin bed, but no reply for this, and didn't get for it. then added the mattress to accommodate the staying. good staff. tried to call the front desk before reaching the hotel but the phone number was totally not reachable. awful!!!
Nice hotel for short visit”
It was very good one night stay at this hotel. Staff is nice and well organised. It's located in a nice area too.
Not a posh but a budget hotel which can be improved a lot. Wont be disappointing though because of the staff and the service. View from certain rooms are terrible make sure choose a Golf course view or you will end up closing the window curtains always.

Should set up area with brochure to promote Bangalore places of interest and shopping malls. Should set up a massage parlour and more international food.Hotelrooms should lay an rubber anti- slip mat to prevent accidents as the bathroom flooring is too slippery.
It was a really great venue for my wedding however they never mentioned I needed my passport to check in for the rooms and they didn't provide me connecting rooms for my senior members. Other than that the food and the venue was great for hosting my wedding. Just disappointed about the check in .
The property is really good in terms of location and value for money. Staff is very co-operative and courteous.
Stay was good. Pretty near to HAL airport. Its my regular hotel to stay when flying to Bangalore HAL
You Will Not Go Wrong”
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had when it came to customer service. The team at the hotel received us very well. I just couldn’t have asked for more. It was me & my wife who were their guests and they were generous enough to upgrade us to the best room they have since it was our anniversary. The room service was excellent as well. The staff were very supportive who were lead by Dolly (I believe she is the manager) and she endured our stay was better than what we could have imagined. We were treated with a bottle of wine and a nice cake in our room as well. Dolly ensured either she or her staff were fully enabled to make my experience the best. Priya from Sales too ensured our breakfast was pleasant. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Dolly & Priya. Much appreciated.

Perfect hotel if what you require is to feel at home”
The Hotel Royal Orchard is perfect if what you need is comfort, to feel at home, and to feel that the staff care for you as an individual. I wrote to the hotel in advance, as I am disabled,. We were travelling from the UK for my work, and I needed to be able to quickly settle in quickly. My wife came to help and support me. We missed a flight, so arrived a day late, in the early hours of the morning, with even greater urgency to get settled. The hotel teams bent over backwards to meet our needs. There for six nights, with great breakfasts, well cooked dinners (and chef made non-hot ones made for me), it was clean with lots of hot water, and a super bed and chairs. So comfortable that my wife and I ended up having a romantic holiday in India, rather than the painful, sleepless & overly expensive trips we have in Europe. It doesn't have the latest technology, but excellent wifi, lots of tv choice in many languages, & the staff are the best I've ever met.

Stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Room. Hotel is pretty clean, staff is friendly, breakfast spread is good and location is very handy. Was worried after reading few negative reviews but my recent experience is good. I think few minor renovations are still happening in the older blocks of the hotel but I didn't even notice it during my stay. Overall great experience, recommended for short/long stay.

A really nice property with the worst service, dirty linen and dirty bathroom n shower.”
The booked type of suite room was not available. At 4 pm had to wait about 40 minutes to get another type of suite room. Bed linen was soiled with hair and stains. It was evident it was not changed after the last checkout. Despite repeated requests between 10 pm and 12 pm nobody came and changed it despite saying on the phone that it will be done. The breakfast was scheduled to start at 6 30 am. However at about 6 50 am the set up was not ready ( they were still heating up the pan etc.). Had to leave at 7 15 am only having some pigs!!! The worst ever experience we have had in a hotel so far!!!

Good hotel worth the money I paid”
Friendly staffs and very helpful, Decent range of breakfast Swimming pool was enjoyable but I did a mistake by ordering cocktail in this hotel bar . Had pina colada and mojito it tasted horrible. Comfortable bed.Big room.

Reached hotel pretty late night after hectic travel and long meetings, when checked into the room, A/C was making loud noise, upon request people came in to repair, after 20 min of repair gave an answer that is how it is and i have to adjust, frustrated me called up the reception however the kind enough lady requested me to change the room and i could have good night sleep. Breakfast was very good and even we had a lunch outdoor at the hotel, Mr. Ankush took us good care, we just enjoyed our lunch so much, also Mr. Elias the Chef ensured we enjoy delicious tandoori items. Next day early morning around 5:30 AM we started hearing some loud noise and kept on continuing, when opened up the curtain could witness people building up a stage and we could not get any sleep. When informed the to the front office Mr. Ritesh with the worst attitude did not even apologies but went further saying if you want to stay you can stay or just leave... the worst of worst attitude front desk people, will never ever stay at this hotel and i will not recommend to my friend.
the highlight of the stay was the staff.... they are well mannered and it was really amazing that how each one of them attended their guests and how even the door man did check with me if i slept well. and had a comfortable stay yes the break fast area is also worth mentioning. though was little disappointing with the spread, they could have done a better job. the taste was good but they could have had more options. its much better than the manipal centre one. now will always make sure to stay in this hotel only
Hotel extra charges are way more than hotel rates”
Everything was fine except for the extra charges. They charges me $300 for regular internet usage for three days which I assumed was part of the hotel package. Would recommend you to not to use anything extra in the hotel at all - rest everything is fine.
