地點很好，清吉度需要加倍提升，缺點的話，應該是沖涼房或洗刷間的門應該改用不會被水腐蝕的塑膠門，免得因為破爛而使酒店顯得像廉價酒店的規格。

other than d staff need to be trained as hotel is service industry all was excellent or if attitude cant change better replace bfr u lost business..staff not show empathy when our bathroom blackout n only said cant do anything n to wait for maintenance guy d next day without check further with mgmt and when we asked to change room simply said room all fully occupied which not true...after insisted to talk to supervisor than only they changed our room..this was.my 3rd stay as i need to send my car to d wshop infront d hotel..previous services recd from other staff very good polite n friendly n.thats why we choosed this hotel. pls take note ya..but overall this hotel.is a good choice if u want to stay in Rawang. the next day other staff apologised after we explained n no worries we will.continue to check in here ya

Good Location; Cleanliness can be improved”
Hotel at good location, nearby to restaurants n shops. rooms are clean and fairly spacious. however bathroom cleanliness can be better. Had a smell, and water didn't flow properly. Staff was helpful and courteous. Check in and check out process was no hassle. Tv channels can be improved too.

Near to pekan rawang Opposite got MM Seafood easier for you to eat at night. Parking space are limited and habe to gores and menang ur Majlis Perbandaran Selayang kupon. WiFi so poor, even i stay at G floor near the lobby still cant connect to the wifi. TV channel so limited and not even clear.

First Time to Rawang”
Lady Hotel Administrator was terrible to deal with. Didn't seem to know and didn't want to know what was going on. She was very rude and arrogant and was no help at all. The other Hotel staff were very helpful, very friendly and very easy to deal with. Location was good for Food, Cafes, 7-11, Moneychangers. TV, Air Conditioner, Hot water system were all failures. No fridge in room and no Coffee/Tea facilities. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I never give bad review about any hotel. But this hotel quite worst for me. Their free hair lady staff really not friendly at all! I got nightmare when i walk back to my hotel and got many dog infront door. I got chase by the dog and i run into the hotel. Before that i accidentally hit a vase outside the hotel. Then that lady scold me like very annoying then ask me to put the vase at the place back without say any help or sorry. The problem is, u better complaint coz got many dog around ur hotel. Worst experience ever!
