i had several experience with hotels as well as hotel sogos.... the frontdesk staff was not that friendly and wait time was long... the manager took over.... the room was so clean ... but the air con and wifi was not good

I called the Hotel Number several times no one answers. And if someone picked up they hung up . ”
Was trying to move the date of my stay but I couldn't it was because of natural disaster. So basically I had to give the stay. When I arrived the 4th I asked them about it and they told me that I should've contacted Agoda to move the date of the stay or cancel. Impossible it is obviously says on their page that if customers has concerns contact the hotel directly. Sadly I've been their regular customer. Due to my visitation period with Relatives the reason why I stayed.
