房间有吸烟问题， 差 ！”
不能入睡，隔壁的房间有人吸烟，进入我房间导致我房间有烟味道。房间里写不能吸烟，但是还是有人吸烟，投诉管理员，他说不能阻止隔壁房间人吸烟，所以建议如果有对烟敏感者，不要住这间旅店，差 ！

非常不愉快的住宿”
空调很干燥，吹一晚马上喉干流鼻涕发烧，而且有wefi但没信号。经agodo客服人员协调后仍不允许退房，我就放弃一晚房费提前一天chick out.

服务还好。房间很大，冷气很静，床也很大很舒服。用脚走5分钟路程就有很多的道地小吃及美食。驾车3分钟就可到太平的名胜地~太平湖。

糟透了”
没有电梯，住客必须自个儿扛行李上一楼。上到楼上，没有房号的指示方向牌，转了一大圈才看到房间，原来就在入口处旁。，里头看起来美观，但是没有壁橱，才把手提袋放在茶几上，突然，茶几就倒塌了。吓坏了，马上致电给服务员，要求记录不然要赔款就不值了。导致我们不敢放任何稍有重量的物品放在电视下的架子上。房里没有热水壶煲水。需要离开房间到走廊装热水，这并没什么，问题是没有水壶装水，住客必须拿着咖啡杯一小杯一小杯地盛水，天啊！我要走多少回？？没有桌子，必须在床上吃东西。

main criteria chosen was the walking distance for my run flagoff (Esplanade). room was clean and basic with complementary mineral water. 3-in-1 coffee and jug provided. no meal option. i opted for room with window which turned out to be very noisy due to the location is next to the main road. didn't expect there are still loud motorbikes roaming the street even at 4am. so if you're a light sleeper, room with window will not the best option. i stayed in the no-window room before, same nice and clean room, deeper sleep but obviously no sunlight.

I book two rooms, one family room n another one queen bedroom. For family room i can give five stars, but for couple room can give 3 stars only. Room too small, n dimmed light.

Nice experience, clean room but not so big, bed is comfortable, facilities is okay, friendly staff, Great location. I stay at higher level and has problem with water pressure, water comes out really slow. Hope can do something with this.

It’s worth staying here only if you have events going on at Padang esplanade ”
Pros - 1) the location was really good as it is close to Padang esplanade 2) the toilet was good and water pressure was good too Cons 1) the TV was not working- apparently due to change over to digital TV 2) WiFi signal was almost nil 3) the mattresses on the single beds in the family room was hard 4) the worst thing was the rooms were not sound proofed. As our room was facing the main road and the dataran, we could hear the live band performing at the dataran on Saturday night plus the vehicles
