我在Agoda訂了Howard Johnson Bengaluru Hebbal Hotel共6晚，在agoda已付清稅金和所有費用，但退房時被飯店要求再付5972盧比的service charge 5%, SGST 9%, CGST 9%，覺得非常不合理，印度稅制是去年11月修改的，飯店不應要求我再增加支付

room is spacious, daily housekeeping did a very good job. water pressure is great, and water is hot enough. one bad thing is internet speed is slow, damn slow

100 dollars was stolen form my wallet ”
This is what happened Housekeepers moved my wallet ,passport and some change form the deak to other desk in my room. One of them stole 100 $ . I called the manager and a few hours later after investigation he told me no one took any thing form the room. If you book a room in this hotel , keep checking you stuff every time you back to your room.

Lousy front desk staffs and arrogant manager”
A good hotel with good location make up for the bad attitude of the front desk staffs and their manager. I was given a room which renovation happened just outside my room. I was told that they only do renovation work during day time and at night will be ok .. BUT i need to work during the daytime in my room!
Would definitely stay there again. Staff is very polite and well mannered,helped us with all of our small queries. Helpful to the brim,location could be a bit better. The mall next to it is pretty good and the room itself is top notch. Would like to give a special shoutout to the amazing food splatter and the culinary standards it has augmented into.

Terrible location for a Wyndham Hotel”
Wasn't very happy with the location at all. Doesn't justify the price. The staff didn't fit the brand either. The food & cleanliness was good but everything else was below average. Shouldn't be priced at anything more than INR 4500 + taxes (incl. breakfast & WiFi).

Worst Stay in Bangalore ”
Hotel name sound very international, photos on web page seem very nice but nothing of that seem matching with the actual Hotel. Rude front desk staffs with straight face and no expression and professionalism. The worst thing that could happen was my assigned room was just right outside their renovation site. For the first 2 days, I was in my hotel till late afternoon 4pm when I left for work. The renovation start from morning 9am for both day and the granite sawing and hammering noise were very very loud. When I highlight to the front desk, I was advised to go out of the hotel and come back after 5pm where the renovation will ceased for the day! I am to sure what would other guests react to this? But after 2 days of endurance, I could only request for a new room & they refused initially..... till they came to my room to witness the din I have been enduring. Concierge staffs or rather the same group of front desk staffs are inconsistent with the services available on their in-house car and driver rental services and their rate fluctuate ... just need to ask them before ordering the services.
Bad location good hotel please stay. Most of the attraction of Bangalore are located very far. Also this city does not have tax service. So it's hard to book this hotel and find tax to move arrond.
