HOTEL itself is good, nice location, old facilities but well maintained.
Great value for money ”
Nice place to stay, big rooms and nice pool. Staff was accommodating. Thanks for the stay
Before we used to love this place. ”
Imperial palace was not well mentained anymore. As per housekeeping no available toiletries " no deliveries " . No.coffee supply. Gym machine are not functioning. Unlike before. It was so sad to see and experienced the hotel that way... but before they were managed well.
Worst hotel I’ve ever had. Premiere Suite Room don’t have basic necessities. ”
The aircon is not that cold and bed linens are dirty. A normal basic necessities like toothbrush and bottled water is not provided thinking I booked a premiere suite room. Hot water in the toilet is not working as well and got busted lights in hallway which makes the place looks scary. No manager on duty, any complains must go to HR?!? I hope the management will do something about all of this.
That was my second home ten years ago. A lot have changed. ”
I cannot find their resto. I was informed they don't served breakfast anymore.
No courtesy bottled water, towels were all maiitim and matigas, the room smelled cigarette ”
We are all non smokers and we have a child and young adults, the smell of the room has a strong smell of cigarette and really smokey. The room is not noise proof, the sound of the bar downstairs were disturbing. No hangers, no botlled water and no descent towels. The facilities were old and deteriorating.
They do not accept an early check-in.”
They did not accept us for early check-in (1:00PM). We have to leave for an appointment so I have to go back and forth and it was really inconvenient since I have a lot of luggage. An hour should be acceptable but they did not allowed us. The toilet and fridge are dirty. They should lower their price. If i have a choice, I wouldnt recommend them to any of my friends.
For years that I tried checking into hotels either for work or leisure, never have I ever experienced hearing a knock on the door and being checked by a hotel security personnel right in front of our hotel room just to see if we are really about to check out. As first time guests of Imperial Suites, we just find it very uncomfortable, rude and discourteous, considering that we still have few minutes left before the 12nn check-out time. Not sure if this is a part of the hotel's protocol, but this is the first time I experienced this. Upon check-out, we reached out to the receptionist to report this incident and I hope that actions will be carried out to avoid such embarassing customer service.
its a good hotel to stay ”
happy with the services given to us
Basic toiletries/amenities missing”
Sound proofing zilch
Lack of trash bin when we first got in.
Also had to request tissues and other stuff.
Concierge phone number is nowhere to be seen on or beside the telephone, so you need to go down yourself to request that number.
Guard on parking duty was rude, front desk people were tolerable, maintenance staff were nicer and apologetic though.
Palace is a misnomer”
This hotel only has one functioning elevator and it doesn't have a sensor--the "Hold" button doesn't work either so you have to physically stop the doors from closing if you see someone rushing to the elevator. It's ancient and it shows
Only provided one set of toiletries: a tiny shampoo and tiny soap when I specifically chose a room for 2 adults. You have to request for another set
Have to call the front desk for the promised wi-fi, and they only provide one username and password unless you request for another. Wi-fi is not even fast, my phone data shames it
Toilet has weak flush
The staff are friendly and accommodating, likely the beacon in this place. They sometimes take a while in answering your call though, it appears they're limited
