Dear C, Thank you for writing us a review of your stay at the hotel. We are pleased that you found our rooms clean and the hospitality service provided to you good. As for parking, parking spaces are indeed very limited at the hotel. The hotel rents the parking spaces marked with a red line from the local city council, which is available to guests on a first come first served basis, free of charge. If these are already occupied, guests are asked to either park in any of the gpvernment owned pay-per-hour yellow line marked parking spots along the road or at the private parking space slightly lower down the hotel/ We apologize if this space constraint has caused you any inconvenience.

As for deposit, we do indeed require a rm200 deposit or its equivalent in any other foreign currency. This deposit is refundable to guests upon checkout and room inspection provided no additional expenses or losses are incurred at the property.
