Warning for this hotel. Very low standard and low valy for the Money paied. Very poor guest service.
far away from old city, old hotel, basic hotel.......
Great view+great supporting”
it is really Great view that is covering rooms simplicity. Also I should note a very good price and arabian territory that allows not to think about shabbat - markets, taxis are avaliable every time.
But what I really shoul tell - the kindness of personal. We really felt that we're in the kind family - a lot of supporting, helping with every our task - about iron, hot water, travelling, rooms changing etc, etc. End - breakfast is serving at the last stage with amazing panorama view!
Next time we'll indeed choose only this hotel! Thank to owners very much!
Dirty and unfriendly”
Everything is -1 0/0
Nice view, but no more...”
cleanliness and quality of breakfast is far from the european level
Good for the youth ”
Cheap, big room, great location to see the whole old city
Too far always from the old city(20mins to the lion gate)
WIFI not stable sometimes
Bed is too soft
The best Falafel and view to the old Jerusalem”
The view, the service and placement
The hotel was hard to find with a GPS,but all Arabien people nearby knows where it is. Next to the hotel is the best Falafel joint called Asam's Falafel. He's so sweet and got the best falafel in Jerusalem. - its a must visit in Jerusalem ! The hotel got the best view and the rooms are European standard. There's only hot Water after 7 a.m. in the bathroom, just for information. Our rental car was secured at the hotel's parking lot for free. The breakfast is bad but nice staff who really pay attention to your needs. We recommend the hotel but not the breakfast. You may smoke on this hotel, at every floor and in the lobby. We had a good time here and its not far from the Lions Gate and the weilling wall/mosque ( Approx 15 min. walk Down the Olive hill ) - remember to visit Asam's Falafel Next to the hotel.
Great stay in Jerusalem Panorama Hotel”
Great staff . Good location close to the center . Good relationship between the service done and the price paid
My stay was really great . The staff is very friendly and are supporting guests in all the issues .In particular Mr. Wael, from the door entrance, and Mr. Mohammed that is serving the breakfast, are both really super, really great !
The breakfast is really excelent for this level of Hotel prices . The view over the old town is unique, and fantastic
As negative aspects,I found that the tours and táxis booked in the reception are a little bit overpriced . Also, there was a complete day failure of hot water supplied during my stay .
Nevertheless, I will strongly recommend this Hotel to everyone that want to visit Jerusalém .
Very pleasant, cosy, warm comfortable hotel”
comfortable, clean, peaceful
It's one of the worst hotels I ever stayed”
Trust me nothing is good except location.
Very bad, it's a very old hotel nothing working in the rooms and it's dusty dirty.
Ac/ tv / hot water, not working, hot water need long time to come through. the hotel location is fine till you come to know that your room is facing a grave yard ( crazy ).
And stuff are not proffissional and very poor in service .
Finally what I know is that they suppose to take off all the stars rate.
Jerusalem Panorama Hotel”
friendly staff, cleanliness, big balcony.
avoid this hotel at all costs
verry good nice
Centre location and walking distance to religious ”
Location is good and breakfast is ok
Very centre location and comapre to other hotel value for money, breakfast is not bad, very good view for Mt Olive from the hotel top, need renovation and upgrade the room, not clean, very average , stay one or two days is ok, there is a hot chiken shop near which very good
View, close to attractions
jerusalem hotel realy is nice hotel beatufil to stay ,ihav beatufil day and ilike service der and hopp to stay der next time with next travel to jerusalem wich visitour saty in this hotel is close to old sity:)
Good location on Mount of Olives”
large hotel more suited for tour groups. hotel was virtually empty at time of stay so not much atmosphere. room quite small, in need of refurbishment but all the basics there and acceptable. the advantage the hotel had is the panoramic views of the old city, golden gates and dome of the rock. breakfast room also has this panoramic view.
Great location but noisy outside and inside”
The view, old part of jerusalem and mount olives at walking distance, free parking
The noise that groups of tourists made in the hotel (russian and idian religious groups)
Hotel was fine. A bit outdated but friendly staff. The guests could have been better because they made a lot of noise in the middle of the night (hotel staaf could take better care of this but it seems they don't dare to adress a group of noisy tourists). There is also a mosque outside but that was only the first night something we really noticed. Second nigh we already got used to it. Breakfast was OK. Evening buffet wasn't but since there is little at walking distance...... A outside falafel place was very nice for the second night. The hotel isn't very clean but it is reasonably priced.
Great location but no proper use”
Its in old city there are best attractions
This hotel is situated in nice location in the old city of Jerasulem. But its cleanliness is not upto the international standard. Staff, food and cleanliness is poor standard. around there are good sightseeing places I recomend these places to visit in the old city but not recommend this hotel for stay.
