For business stay is just prefect as my HQ is just located opposite this hotel. You can easily find food at this place. Parking is a little problem, make sure you come early to get a spot... try not to double park, saman very fast.

1 day before check in, we called to confirm the deposit fees (fully refundable and RM50). but when we check in reception requested RM60 from us and when check out they only refund RM50 for us.

The reception had flies buzzing around and it was smelly (fish smell). The room was dusty and not many choices channels on the TV. The air-conditioned always turned off by it's own at nights. Bathroom was OK but no shower gell provided

The condition of the room not worth this price. Toilet flush button damaged, have to open up the water compartment to pull the flush. Bed sheet not really clean, feel itchy while sleeping. Previous guess's rubbish found inside the wardrobe (a cup of peanut shell , complementary gift?). Toilet water faucet 80% block , little water coming out .

Good location for a business trip”
I stayed here 1 night for business. The location is good, Chinese food, Malay food, Indian Muslim food are surrounding. 24 Hours convinient store is walking distance. Place for drink during night time. Front desk staff is friendly, she can provide you certain local information. The room can be cleaner if the housekeeping vacuum the floor and at least clear the hairs which are stuck on the water drain.. Basic local tv program available with poor signal but is ok to me. The location in Google Map is not so accurate. Overall my staying experience is ok. Thank you.

Acceptable at Damansara Perdana”
Old hotel with no amenities, no nothing. Acceptable if you have a reason to stay at Damansara Perdana, this is among the cheapest option I believe. About 10 - 15 minutes walking to Empire Damansara and some bars along the way.
