Clean big room”
Although the hotel looked a little old the room we stayed in was big, good for groups since the floor area was spacious. The sheets were clean, the staff was very accommodating. The location was very strategic singe it was near the venue of the event. The food was good. The only negative thing was the shower faucet was leaking.

SIMPLE YET HAPPIEST HOLY WEEK EVER!!!”
Since large number of people are taking time off work and daily responsibilities during holidays including Holy Week can be a stressful nigthmare. Thats the main reason why I would rather stay home with family during those times than be in the crowd. Makes me sick! But our stay in Kalipayan Resort last Holy Week turned out to be the most memorable vacation with family ever. It was a last minute booking didnt expect that I would still find an available place for us to stay. It was God's grace actually that brought us in the resort. Very Peaceful”
It was a really good place. Can be located easily. One thing that I did not like was the chair on the kitchen area. My clothes got wet when I sat there, it absorbed the beer. We don't have any beer with us so it might be the previous user of the room.

This is the first time coming to this area. I arrived a bit early but the staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in. The room is very spacious and the AC very strong. Really enjoyed the swimming facilities, the personal cabanas and off to the side water slides and private pool areas. The area is a bit out of the way but transportation is readily available by using bus, trike or taxi.

The staff is very accommodating but does NOT use a proper protocol when check-in. Hotel looks old and run down. Sheets is clean but it's old along with the towels provided . The building needs a complete renovation especially the rooms need updating. It's very expensive for this hotel without any amenities other than the pool.

The pools seem clean. The room was something out of a musem of store rooms. No decor at all, only nails in the wall. Sparsley furnished and 3 out of 5 electric outlets are so worn out the plug wont stay in unless you hold it in. Ordered from resturant and that came with rhe wrong food. Unless you plan to do nothing but swim, stay away!

Stay away from this hotel - you will regret booking”
pros - friendly staff Cons - too many to mention but I will take my time to help other travelers - hotel is too expensive for what they offer . We stayed in room 105 . It has a bad smell as you enter the room. Sink drained very slowly. Walls , boards are rotting . Holes everywhere . Yellow , dirty , ugly couch in the room . Noisy air conditioning. The whole resort has been neglected. I had a reception in this resort about 15 years ago and it was really beautiful then . I read mixed review before I booked so I thought I’d give it a try . Big mistake!!! I booked for 4 nights and I left the next day .i came to the hotel late at night so no option to go anywhere, otherwise I would have left the same day. I was given an option to stay at a different room but they all smelled bad . Other room maybe a tad better . Still not worth to stay . We had breakfast and we did not enjoy eating with flies . This hotel deserve no stars. And they charge a ridiculous amount to stay .DON’T BOOK!

Worst Hotel In Cavite”
I came to this hotel as a wedding guest. I arrived & was told my booking was for Mar not Feb. Ok so I made a mistake booking as I didn't have my glasses on. I explained that & asked them to cancel my booking for Mar & check me in now. No rooms available sir. So I found another hotel. I checked in on Sun, 10th Feb. As it was the hotel is not out of pocket as I paid 4,000 for Sunday night, I spent over 2,500 pesos on food and room service and spent over 1,000 pesos on the day of the wedding to purchase drinks. Total spend over 7,500 Pesos. Now they are trying to scam me for 6,300 to cancel my booking in Mar for an honest mistake and when I was there & spent money. By the way no hot water in the whole hotel. They are blatant scammers, my friends spent hundreds of thousands to have their wedding there & the hotel was trying to overcharge them for everything even though they agreed the prices beforehand & still trying to profit from me even though I explained my mistake.

Their facilities really need some improvement”
Basic rooms. The area is good however, the facilities are bit old that need some renovation. Some portions of the area are not well maintained. The design of the stairs attached to the mezzanine is not safe for the children. The rooms I am talking to are found on the ground floor (room 101 and room 102).
