the staff is very friendly .. the hotel area is very quiet with greenery even though it is in the middle of the city (although there are many trees but there are no mosquitoes) .. it has two pools (adults/children) breakfast is a lot of choice and delicious .. room condition is spacious and clean .. soft mattresses and sheets all do not see the dirty effect .. foreign toilet (shower/ toilet) .. aircond, fan, refrigerator, water kettle are all in good condition. spa only for women with various packages "BayuSpa" spa package is very worth the price and services provided .. very easy to find food options in outsid .. close to Giant mall & IOI mall.. very recommend expecially for family with kids..

Good short trip in the city”
I came here with my father, sister and her two kids. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay and will consider to come here again. - location: easy to find via google maps. There is a drive thru McD right across the street. - registration: long queue (on Sunday) but my individual registration is quiet fast. - room: spacious and clean. Iron in each room. Don't here noises from outside. - carpark: plenty and close with hotel room too - breakfast: widespread breakfast buffet, taste acceptable. - checkout: fast and easy Cons: very limited and long waiting time if you are a Muslim and wish to order food from Foodpanda or Grabfood. The fastest one will be Dominos pizza.

Its my first time here..And i lovee everything about this resort. Its well maintain. Thanks to the front desk staff,Alif (if im not mistaken) for helping us out to change to other room due to black out few times on the room that i booked. And also for the fast respond from the maintenance . Thank you thank you.. Will definitely come back again to this resort.. Because my kids love the pool so much.. And also just a few steps from our room to the pool.. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB TO ALL KINRARA RESORT STAFF .. Hope when i come back, all is still the same :)
