Could have been better”
Pros - The studio is stylish, well equipped and is ideally located - Hartamas Shopping Gallery is right opposite which is connected via a walkway overhead bridge therefore very convenient. There is a 7-11 and many eateries without going across. The internet provided is fast..5 stars! Cons - The bathroom needs a good scrub - shower cubicle is full of mould. The towels and bedding need to be laundered. When we checked in, the bathroom had an awful smell - the bath towels were used and there was a mop hanging right next to the towels. Called the host and was told to look in the cupboard for fresh towels, ok these smelled cupboard fresh. The bedding also could be fresher. Basically the place seemed like someone had stayed before us and none of the linens were changed. Next morning, we discovered the kettle was not working so i sent a message to the host about it and was told that it would be sorted out and to use the pan to boil water. 3days later, still no kettle and still told that it will be sorted out 🤦🏻♀️ There is a top loading washing machine - also needs its filter and tub cleaned thoroughly. Awful! Long story short, not recommended until cleanliness is greatly improved.

Never have we encountered such a dirty homestay. Mouldy & stained bathroom, dusty sheets & couch that made both me and my husband, my teenage girl very itchy. I guess you get what you pay for lol.

Great place to stay”
Apartment was nearby shopping centre, cafes & istana negara. To me it is convenient although not near places like KLCC or pavilion but good enough to have easy access to eateries, just cross over the overhead bridge. Room was clean just that some black ants can be found near stove. Maybe earlier guests was not clean type. Host was easy to reach and understanding and I have given my feedback. Will stay again in future.

The place was great & clean. Easy access to almost everything u need. Overall i will recommend it. Oh btw just need host awareness on the tv channel provided is not convenience… hard to select channel or the tv box is not user frenly.

Comfortable”
I stayed around 3weeks. I felt comfortable and convenient too. Lady who was person in charge was friendly and helpful. I informed about a leak from the ceiling in the shower room that the risk of leakage.

I have been there 2day 1night stay..i prefer to deal with this style coz its very easy..you can come anytime n check in by yourself and pickup your key get free parking..i really satisfied.good job to owner or management.

Pictures look better than in person, you get what you paid”
This room is difficult to locate for a person who is not familiar with this area. This place is a like a maze without clear signage. The TV is older model, although a TV box is provided but its so outdated, it is not usable. The washing machine is very old and used. Although the toilet is clean but it has shown it's age. The shampoo and body gel bottle pump is clogged and difficult to use. The shower stall does not have a glass door cover so after showering, half the toilet floor is wet. This place has not been up kept with time but you pay for what you get. It is a cheaper unit than the average unit around here. The plus is the floor is very clean which is wonderful. Once you are able to locate the building, check in process is self service and simple instructions were given. The location is within walking distance to Sri Hartamas Shopping Mall that is very convenient to access pharmacies, food, and shopping.

Everything provided in the unit is new and the washing machine is provided for all guests to use, hence it is used. Understand that you require to cut short your stay & refund due to your personal issue, however according to agoda policy it is not allowed to do so. Hope to host you again in the future.
