服务态度严重不好，希望不要有人遇到这样的。门口的保安都跟我说，他们这家的时常有人投诉，

服务态度差，入住时房门开不了，联系半天没人回应，去柜台没人，等半小时才有人回复我信息。打电话去又不接，和他说门开不了，他们不信，我已经和门口保安开了很久，都不能开，还要我走多一次去开，结果还是开不了，”
然后又叫我等，等他工人拿另外一间房卡给我，我被这样泽腾累死了，能入住就算了，不和他们吵。还续住的几天，那里知道退房时押金不给我，说要等三天工作日，有这样的吗？更气人的是三天后还不自动退钱给我，最恨的是转账不是直接到款，还要隔一天，200块钱押金要那么难退回吗？最讨厌的是有事要等半天才找到人，和他们说没用卫生纸要隔一天才拿来。

Not Really A Pleasant Stay”
One out of four elevators was not in service and guests had to queue so long to get into the elevators because it was a long weekend and social distancing policy. The staffs reply whatsapp late. They created a whatsapp group but they replied to my queries late. My room should be able to sleep 5 adults but they only provide 3 towels and no response when asked about the towels. Checking out process was terrible. In the whatsapp message they said to pass the card to the staff at the counter but nobody was at the counter. There is a box to drop off your card so please amend the instructions accordingly. As usual, reply was late. There was a bag of garbage on the seat at the counter. They should have at least one staff on site.

Best place ever in Bukit Bintang”
Superb room with all facilities.. High speed of WiFi, very clean and good security. I really love to stay more and more here...They give me a good room with beautiful view of KL tower. The staff at the counter also very friendly and helpful.. Will stay here again and again..

Wrong info about bed types & no staff to assist ”
We booked for Layout 1 which the Bedroom 1 suppose come with 1 futon, 3 double beds, 1 king bed, 1 single bed as indicated online, but the actual was only 1 king bed & 1 futon. Only one bathroom, need to queuing to use the only bathroom. Receptions not 24 hours, the staff went back right after we check-in, he said if any assistant needed can contact him by phone but he never pick up the call! Overall the room was clean & tidy, swimming pool is fantastic, walking distant to Jalan Alor and decent shops, cafes as well as a grocery store just around the corner.
