Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Access to swimming pool, fitness centre, as well as sauna and steam bath facilities on the 6th floor is subject to a fee.

Facilities and services ”
Everything was okay, place was comfortable to stay and all facilities inside were good. It’s just that the check in process took time because the staffs arrived late. But they still helped us when some of the facilities didn’t function really well. Might as well stay here in future. Good experience 👍🏻

Soho Suites - most troublesome stay ever ”
they claimed to hv upgraded our stay to soho suites instead of vortex, not sure if there is any difference. had to wait for 10 min for their staff to meet us. the staff did try to explain the procedure of checking in and dos and donts but got some language barrier (staff isnt malaysian). you can only go to your unit using lobby lift which is very3 troublesome esp for my aging parents with knee pain as they had to walk fm the car park to the lobby. direct access only for residents i guess. towels are smelly. need to carefully drive you car inside the car park esp when going in between floors as it is super narrow. easy if you drive small car like myvi/axia. if accord, you be cursing. parking rate is rm20 flat rate per night. need to pay rm20 per pax to use swimming pool/gym. lousy. but the unit itself is good. got washer with dryer, aircon at every corner, got smart tv, can cook. nice view. but no will never repeat to stay here.

Centrally located to Petronas towers ”
Hi. Excellent apartment great for variety of travellers. A lovely place to relax, see the views as situated on a high level.. Less than five minutes walk to klcc Petronas towers and klcc suria mall that has a lovely park and free splash pool for kids. We went there everyday. Nearby Starbucks, hard rock cafe as well as local eateries. Car park and pool facilities available (small charges apply), downstairs cafe and seven eleven store. Monorail only a few minutes walk.

The unit is very dirty, I found cockroach while I am lie down in bed passing by my pillow and feeling unsafe with the door with pin code to unlock. That means people who know this pin code can get in the room anytime because no safety lock inside.

Location is Very Good Few thing you may need to know with this Apartment. 1. If booking on behalf by some one payment need to paid by Cash or Bank In, for Credit card is only for Booking Guarantee, so if you booking on behalf with others(Friend) make sure your friend settle the payment during check in. the website did not clearly stated the payment collection term is red alert and risk as the time their notify you is 1-2 day before check in date and Apartment side still taken your Credit Card as Pre Auth during the stay and will cancel after check out. 2. Self Driving - your vehicle need to paid parking fees

the rooms is booked for my co-workers for participated the convention in KLCC. according to them the apartment's location is good with walking distance to KLCC. Everything is not too bad and not impressive. that's all.

Terrific Location”
It's located in between 2 LRT stations, and nearby to KLCC and also a HardRockCafe. Right below it is a 7-Eleven, which is convenient for us. There is also a mini-mart on the 6th Floor of the apartment. Although there was no concierge or a service desk, we'd no problem in getting help by calling the number provided. The room we had was on the 28th floor and had a good view. The rooms were spacious, and the clean.

Good location ”
Opt for the 3 bedrooms but 1 room is not exsctly a room coz it is only covered by a curtain. Not much of a privacy. 15mins walk to klcc and near many cafes & bars. Not wheelchair accessible. Generally a value for money lodging.

All are payable no swimming. Pool or any facility all are payable..... I have been made the booking for 360RM and it becomes 480RM rent and 500RM as caution deposit
