明星房东Hi, We are Raymond, Isabelle and RayIsa, a happy family from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Raymond is currently working as a system specialist in IT line. He is a bodybuilder who love to go for workout and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Isabelle is full-time house wife. She loves to hang out with best friends and enjoy the movies. We always travel to explore fun and nice food.
RayIsa is our daughter. Her name is a combination of our name (Raymond + Isabelle = RayIsa). We used her name as our homestay name.
We passionate about property investment & management. Hence we tend to manage our properties via short term rental platforms.

* No smoking in the house. * No drugs in the house. * No pets in the house. * No illegal activity. * No party/event/gathering, no outside visitors without prior approval from your host. * No durian in the house. * Kitchen is for light cooking and should be clean up after used. * Kindly switch off all lights, air-con and electrical appliance when not in used. Go Green and save the world! * Do keep all the windows and doors closed when no one is in. * Please remove shoes upon entering the apartment. * Do not leave any food that will attract uninvited pests. * Quiet hour begins from 11pm till 8am. * There will be extra charge (RM30/hour) for early check-in or late check-out. * Extra person will be charged RM30 per night. * Replacement cost for lost or damaged: Access card RM150, Wi-Fi Modem/Router RM500. * Please notify host immediately if any item of the unit is damaged, faulty, or broken.

Great house to stay. Very convenient. Have lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The house is clean and tidy. Next time I go to KL again, I will stay in the same house again.

The host is awesome! fast reply when asking question..place is clean, the room is the same as in the picture..swimming pool pon cantik..bdk2 suka la mandi swimming pool, bath tub nya.. only a bit confius when searching for resident’s parking..🙊 2 kali pusing br jumpa.. but overall, its a good place to stay, recommended 🥰 thank u host for the great hospitality..:)

Be careful to use only what host has provide, do not use more than that or you’ll have to pay extra charge. Eventhough seem like a ‘homestay’/ residence, please dont think so. Treat as a hotel room ya or else more penalty you’ll get. Not easy to access parking, blur guidelines, had to pusing2 few time to search for ‘residence kotak parking’, then exit also kena pusing2 few times baru jumpa jalan;(. So sad and frustrating.

This guest is cheating. The reservation stated 2 guests, but come with 7 guests and used up all the towels and linens in the wardrobe. House rules stated clearly and stick to the wall about the extra charges for use up all the linens and towels. The booking fees is according to number of guest. So the reservation stated 2 guests means the price is cheap. But she brought entire family to stay. I provided clear photo and text self check-in steps. If guest couldn't find the parking, Should voice out instead of keep quiet. The car park is developed by developer. There is signage point to the exit. I never encounter a guest has problem to exit the car park. Not a honest guest.
