everything was amazing!! the apartment was very well designed, stylish and had everything i needed. Internet speed, was great one every floor, incl the rooftop. The service was exceptional - i had all my questions answered within minutes! the cleaning staff was very thorough, the security was exceptional. the location was great - walking distance to everything! i loved my stay and it was great value for money!

my apartment was facing a major street so it was a bit noisy at night so i had to use earplugs. other than that my stay was exceptional

The apartment was clean and cosy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty closet space to store and organize your things. They neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get around the city either walking or by Uber. We very much enjoyed staying in this little apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a quit neighbourhood. Good communication online and they tried to help us out with the matras (we declined because we accepted it as it was) . Nice guard during at the entrance. Score is 7,5

The bed is really small, the size on the website is from the bed frame, not the matras. The matras itself was not comfortable due to the lack of support. Location is in the far south of Condesa and a stiff walk from the action (restaurants, bars etc)

Everything was perfect, nice, clean, comfortable, big windows. We stayed in three places in Mexico city and this one was the best.

I would prefer King bed instead of Queen size. But it was comfortable.

This is a beautiful apartment, exactly as pictured. We can't really speak to the neighborhood compared to others, because it was our first time in Mexico City and we were still learning. We like to bike and feel comfortable biking in the city, so we purchased a three day pass for the public bike share. There was a station just steps outside the apartment, which was super convenient. We felt we could get to most places in 10-15 minutes on the bikes. The on-site staff is limited to a 24 hour security guard (who were very kind!), so you should expect to be self-sufficient, there is no front desk person to answer questions or make recommendations. We used the management company's What's App to get the wifi login info and ask a question. They responded promptly. But we didn't feel like that was intended to be a place to chat or ask for restaurant recommendations, etc.

Tudo excelente: localização, conforto, qualidade das toalhas e roupa de cama, a cortesia do café, água, cerveja etc deixados para nós no quarto, facilidade no check in, check out e disponibilidade do staff. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e recomendamos muito!

Nos primeiros dias fez bastante calor e sentimos falta de um ar condicionado no quarto. Mas o ventilador ajudou!

Cama cómoda, barrio excelente, muy bonito decorado. Anfitriones amables.

Mucho ruido. De noche temblaba el edificio con el paso de camiones. Mal aislado. Taburetes de la cocina incómodos, no había un sitio cómodo para comer dos personas. Ni para trabajar con un ordenador. Una de las puertas del armario no se puede acceder por la colocación de la televisión

No hay televisión local ni de paga con excepción de Netflix, un huésped llega al apartamento cansado con ganas de ver noticias y nada. Eso es muy decepcionante y le resta a todo. La distribución interior de los muebles puede ser mucho mejor. Resumen: tener tv local y colocar la tv en cocina, como??? Creatividad

La ducha amplia y el apartamento limpio.

La cama era muy pequeña y el colchón parecía un poco hundido por el centro

El apartamento tiene de todo, es muy cómodo, limpio y seguro.

Aislamiento acústico, se oye todo el ruido de la calle y del apartamento de al lado.

Quizá q está como muy junto los departamentos nadamas en todo lo demas excelente.

La Ubicacion y las ganas de terner todo bien, pero basta con eso no basta mucha falta de interes de los dueños en vereficar el lugar de vez en cuando.

Que Internet pesimo, areas de lavado 80% fuera de servicio, nevera mal funcionamiento
