位置非常不好，环境也极度不好。还在施工中，床铺都很脏，第一次在agoda订房却是一次非常极度很差的体验

We had a good sized room with a huuuuge bed! The air conditioning worked wonders and kept us comfortable. The place is located about 5 mins walk from the busier main strip of shops and bars so liked how quiet the street was at night. Construction was going on as other reviews had mentioned but that didn't bother us at all. Staff were so helpful with local infos and airport transfer. I'd happily stay in the same when I visit siargao next. The only downer was the minimal shower pressure, but managed to live without it really #islandlife

Its our 3rd time in this island, and reaching the hotel, We found the place easily, its located on the main road, great transportation options, the staff are friendly and are always willing to help. The room is spacious compared to other hotels in the area considering the cheap price. It also has a balcony with the traditional filipino hammock. Will definitely stay again!

place was cool and very close to nice restos in the island. The resort is currently upgrading some parts of the area yet it didn’t bother us coz it was so quiet there and the they assigned a very decent room for the 3 of us. The staff are very welcoming had chitchat with them and very informative as well. See you again next time..

Good value-for-money inn at a good location”

Relatively cheap place to stay in along Tourism Road, roughly midway between Cloud 9 and the town center. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious, as was the attached bathroom. Air-conditioning was good, and there was also a flat-screen TV and fridge in the room. Staff would come in during the day and clean and replace towels daily. They are undergoing renovation at this time, so some rooms and the restaurant are closed, but it wasn't a disturbance at all during our stay. There is a newly opened cafe right beside the resort, and nearby ihaw restaurants, and everything else is accessible by trike. Only complaint was that Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable. But all in all, would recommend for those looking for cheaper private accommodations in a good location in Siargao.

Super friendly staff”

Staffs are amazing. There is Tom n Toms coffee shop just right outside the hotel. 3 mins trike to cloud 9. Yes there is an on going construction but we dont mind since we are always outside enjoying the island. The bathroom is HUGE, however, the water pressure is low. Our room has tv and cable channels but who wants to watch a tv If u can have fun outside.

Great Staff and close to the main spots”

The staff was very hospitable, and Joffery, the one is charge made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond, great customer service. They served breakfast at the hotel for a very low price! I would recommend this place!!

Great location on the main drag in La Luna, as its on the main road. There was construction work going on within the resort when I was there, so I never got to rate or judge the overall place. Great large rooms, large bathroom area, excellent veranda and hammock to relax in. 10 mins to the Pier, and 10 mins to Cloud 9, from this location.

I recommend to the staff to add some hanging hooks for the shower. The room is comfortable and nice.

Not worth the money ”

Hotel was in a good location but not worth the money. Construction work going on at hotel so was hard to sleep in mornings. Water pressure for shower and toilet really bad. I asked for them to sort it out but they never did it properly. Fan didn’t work and Wi-fi wasn’t good. I feel like hotel needs more maintenance to charge such a high cost for room. Stayed in better hotels for a lot less money. Staff were friendly and helpful most of the time

Not worth the money”

The give as an other room than we booked. The message was: "We are building some improvements in the place as like most of the resorts here are currently doing in the island as well. But, we'll assigned you in the room away from the construction. Thank you!" We would NEVER pay so much for this room we got. Don't book it!!!!!!!

Overpriced and overcharged ”

Even though we were staying at la Luna in Chinese New Year and prices are high everywhere , place is reale overpriced for the quality and location. Not on the first beach line as you mind be thinking when you look at beach pictures in profile. Resort was Andre construction so you can imagine noise and the view. Stuff charged us for everything ( second helmet for the rented bike ) count extra day for rent. We had to ask to restart WiFi every morning and sometimes at the day time . If you are looking for romantic place to stay I won’t recommend La Luna

Avoid!!”

We were meant to stay here 9 nights but left after 3. Initially stayed in room number 5 but then moved to 6. Our initial room’s shower barely dripped out of the shower head, had mildewy smelling blankets, and was over very run down. Because we couldn’t shower we asked to move rooms. They accommodated with room 6 that had a larger bed and shower but same problems. Only now we had a toilet that didn’t fill up it’s tank all the way therefore didn’t flush properly. On top of all of that it was so noisy! There’s a farm or something next door and the roosters would start roosting (is that what it’s called?) from 3am onward. When we checked out early all the receptionist said to us was “NO REFUND!” Even for the price we paid (which I think was around $55/night) it was not worth it! The only redeemable quality is that it was in a good part of General Luna.
