这间酒店最大的问题就是PARKING，酒店的停车位超多的，只有俩个。 其他的都是附近的酒吧，按摩院的停车位，还有外劳看管的。 如果你想要停在他们管制的位子上，你就需要付钱，有时还会坚持不让你停，可能当天他们的生意很好吧。

这间酒店如果你是要来和朋友一起居住的话，我可告诉你是非常不适合的。 因为它的厕所是透明式的，所以不管谁在大小便，冲凉，你都能看见一清二楚。 如果你想要看另一半冲凉的话，这间酒店最适合不过了，哈哈！

服务非常差”

我们两点到酒店，服务员说要5点才可以check in…这也是小事。重点是还没有12点，就打电话来通知我们要check out了……更糟糕的是，他们服务员出去了买饭了，把大门锁起来，让我们不能够进出，必须等到他们买饭回来才可以出去。

服务态度差”

服务员的语气，让人真的很不爽，当天我们到达目的地服务平台说要5点才能入住，没有提前让我们知道，她说因为在修冷气，我们从这么远的地方来也累了，去到却说现在不能check in，你好修冷气是你的事，我们也没有因为你修冷气而不给钱吖，还要我们在哪里等到5点，我们吵了一下，她就让我们进房了。第二天12pm退房，我真的觉得好烦，11点多就打来通知要退房，重点12点都还没到吖，凭什么一直打来骚扰顾客啊？还打了3通，就觉得退个房而已...干嘛还要打这么多次来。

给了booking id也不会查 就等了半小时 还叫我自己检查一下

酒店的客房设计很特别，每一间都有不一样的主题，客房很干净、员工态度又好，买东西也很方便。”

Paid for the hotel fee, but when I reached, the staff say no more room available. Imagine we purposely travel here only to know that no more rooms available!!! And she say they will return back my money within 3 days. Still havent reveive my money.

Strategic location. But abit dangerous for single lady because it surrounded by many bar/pubs. The theme of the room very creative and nice.

This is not for solo traveller”

Pros: This hotel is catered to the location that has night clubs and bars there so if you are into that, go for it. The design is beautiful, the toilet and bath tub are clean. Aircon is strong and they have comfortable pillows. It would be good for couples who want a quickie. The coin operated laundry is nearby, less than 5 mins away, supermarket & food places are all around. Nice staff members. Cons: I can smell cigarette on the top floor. There is no window to open to let fresh air in since it's a large glass panel. The bed sheet, long sofa and comforter had yellow stains in them. I would like to think it's from the instant coffee that they provide... My bed had a lot of ants in them after the ants found my bags of chocolate that I bought from Italy and they were SEALED. The swarm of ants bit holes in my bag so you cannot bring any type of food in there. You can hear what goes on next door. I personally do not feel safe in the area at night. In the day was fine.

I booked space theme for a stay. But then i have been told room aircond was not function well on my booking day. So the officer offered me japanese theme which i don't feel any special. My intention to stay there is space theme which i feel quite nice. Overall, it is acceptable.

Friendly staff but without lift ”

Staff is very friendly and let us choose the room type we want, but there is no lift.

Staff Performance”

Overall was nice. The lady incharge for morning was great and helpful At night there is a family total of 3ppl incharge the front desk with loud music. Bringing some disturbance to us.

Very Disappointment ”

First, the location of hotel is very hard to reach. Second, the hotel photo is nice, but the actual room is not clean. Bed also not comfortable. I was never go again...
