一切都很好,员工也很好,就房间位置有点... 其实我已经住过三次了,房间位置最满意是第一次.. 第二次位置在后面太吵了,不怎么能睡得好 这次的位置就贴着隔壁,不知道是店装修还是怎样？早上九点开始敲东西敲到十一点半😂我真的很想知道到底敲什么😂而且是星期天,不是平常时间...原本是想睡晚点的,就这样被吵醒了....

Dear Customer, we are million apologies for your inconvenience. we had deeply investigation on your complaint, after investigation, we found we was looking for free upgrade the room, you book the lowe rate room but looking for higher rate room. as midnight our hotel manager also contact with the Agoda with this issue, we also offer you another any room as same rate room if you are not comfortable but you ask for free upgrade with bigger room which is not possible even in Bangladesh or any country unless hotel have running offer free upgradations. we also did not advertise the toothbrush is provided, and we found all the amenities are very well conditioning, and you also not complain about amenities , you ask only free upgradations, Hope you understand our limitation , without free offer running we can not offer free upgrad , we will inform you again when our hotel has run free upgrad the room , Thank You Mangga Hotel Sdn Bhd
