Easy improvements that were missed.”
I was travelling as a conference attendee at UNICAMP, and appreciated the value for money and the walking distance to the campus. This is a motel-style accommodation on a fairly busy road. The room was clean and the road noise did not bother me.
1. Considering proximity to UNICAMP, make your signage, your documents, and your in-room guides trilingual: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
2. In the food menus, clearly mark which items are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, contain nuts, etc. I ordered a minestrone soup but did not eat it because it contained meat.
3. Reduce the packaging used for guest laundry, to reduce waste. My sport shirts came back in individual plastic bags with cardboard collar and torso inserts. All of this is just waste. If some guests want all this waste, make it optional.
standard hotel at good location for university”
good position for UNICAMP
The htel is well positioned close to restaurants and bars for business travellers who visit the university or companies around the university. It has a small pool and standard breakfast facilities. The rooms are standard but clean and the staff is friendly.
Not what I was expecting- Poor Services ”
We stayed on a business trip about 10 days in this hotel. The room swipe card kept failing consistently. The safe failed to open few times. Some times we only got one bath towel instead of two and on other occasions, the cleaning was not up to a good level.
The restaurant was always empty in the evening and the food was expensive and poor quality.
Good place to stay.”
A little overpriced, improvement needed on breakfast ... not enough choices.
A little bit too far from the freeway and a little confusing to get at the hotel. Map is not very accurate.
