我选的房间是单卧室套房，应该算是比较豪华的吧。有比较特别的服务。时间可以提早check in，可以延迟check out。接近傍晚时间还可以到餐厅免费喝茶。房间非常干净，设施很齐全，地理位置非常好。客服更是没话说，有礼貌，服务态度很好。下次绝对会再入住，只希望房价别再起，哈哈

作为五星级的酒店，服务速度有点失望。房间电话联系服务台，既然没有接。 当天入住后，发现房间里的热水壶漏水，电话打不通，通知客房服务人员，甚至通知服务台，一天都没有给予置换。房间热水不热，报修了也不行。也不知道是自己倒霉还是什么？只好要求换了另一间房间，情况才有改善。 已经住过几次这家酒店，服务人员都很好，很友善。感觉设施保养不是很够，尤其是后勤有点慢。 早餐还是保持水准。
