员工很友善，住的高级房很干净，价钱算合理， 唯独要求的不要头尾房还是给了。。。wifi也很差，电视也收不到天线，厕所的小部分设施有点损坏（挂蓬头bathing hood），但还是比想象中好些，总的来说还有下次再来

很夸张的脏，长期出国住酒店，第一次看到毛巾脏到有红色的印，不是一点点，是很大的范围，Tissue Box没有Tissue，厕所也是没有tissue，call前台3次都是没有人听电话，最夸张的是地上是地毯竟然有玻璃碎，不会再有下次入住

I was there for the early morning hospital appointment cause it’s right next to the building even can walk. (Selayang hospital issue is parking space) The reception Lady was very professional and kind. I ordered twin bed room. It was clean, neat, comfortable and the view from window was nice. I will stay again and highly recommend to all !

4 star Hotel with affordable price! ”
Pros : Room was spacious. Very clean. Comfy bed. I would say this is new hotel. Staff was so friendly & always smile to customer (Shira). Cons : Have to pay the parking ticket at the separate office. However its ok because I only pay rm3 instead of rm10. Highly recommended!! Definitely will come again.

Hospital Visit”
My parents went for their hospital routine appointment and decided to stay here. The place looks exclusive and also provided with free parking. They even included a chiller in the room. The view was beautiful and the walk to hospital is about 500 metres.

I think more than 5 times i stay at this hotel, but this time a bit worse cause i get the room with a problem air conditioner. Sooooooo hot. Haha!! But overall, the hotel best and i enjoy my breakfast. Please come down early if u want to enjoy ur breakfast. Sometime big group will make u cramp inside the coffee house. 😅😅.. i’ll stay again definitely but not with A/C problem anymore. Hahaha!!

Room very cozy and clean eventhough view is just a UITM building. Had a great stay during weekend. Infinity pool well maintain even its not big but the view is satisfying! Will choose this hotel next time!

The best hotel I ever seen”
The rooms were clean and nice. I like it very much. But have smoke smell sometimes when enter the room. Therer were sudden blackouts but recover fast which was a bit irritating.

The hotel was in a perfect location. We have a workshop at UiTM and it is only 7-10min walk from Mercure. The front desk staff are accommodating specially Amera who is very helpful and polite . I just hope they register their hotel in the Grab App so that drivers can easily find the hotel. Some of us got lost going there Hope they clean the room on time. And bidet should be checked if working or not. Booked several rooms and bidet kn 2 rooms not working
