Value for money but poorly maintained room. Some of the lights in room were not functioning hence we had a dark room. The shower handle was broken. N there were cockroaches in the room n bathroom.

Wifi not functioning need to improve. Parking have to pay RM2 per entry. Can hear people talking from other room. Pay extra for windows unfortunately my view facing to car park. Cannot open curtain at all. The best thing room is good spacious

There are bed bug in our bed .. and cockroaches in toilet .. can’t sleep peacefully because all Over very itchy during sleep .. . ask for an iron and no respond until we call ask them then only they told us … they said parking free and .. need to pay for come in …

Booked the stay a week prior, reached at 6pm and still was waited almost an hr bc they had issues, was told to cancel the booking or adjust the under maintenance room, knowing it was festive season and getting room last minute is impossible. No compensation was given. The hallway was full of construction material. The cement smell. And they started the construction early at 8am the next day. We were super tired but the drilling noise made us leave the hotel earlier. The staff apologized but I wish they could have handled the situation better. Room was okay. Price was okay. But would not repeat.
