Road only links to main road SILK Highway, no connecting roads to adjacent business area. ”
Exit congeated badly after 5pm weekdays, dangerous lane changeover to make U turn heading towards east side of SILK. School nearby make exit even worse at 6pm. Only one restaurant which closes at 4:30pm, have to find elsewhere.

The filthiest hotel.Rude and aggresive staff who are foreigners.Owner needs to get rid of them!!!”
Have checked in several times before at this hotel over the past 4 years.Very budget friendly, quaint decor and helpful staff.As of 2017, noticed deterioration in cleanliness, staff etiquette and maintenance. I checked in on the 1/11/2018.It was the last room apparently.So I had no choice but to accept the room in its totally unlivable state. The sink waste was broken from the wall.Grout and moss at every possible surface in the bathroom.Water heater not working.Fan so dusty.A Chinese lady who could be the owner was considerate and insisted the foreign staff gave me another room.She told I could take my time to move to the other room as I had many things.After 5 minutes (approx 9:45pm) the male foreign worker knocks on my door with a cigarette in his mouth asking me to leave immediately.I said to give me 5 minutes and then he pushed my door in forcing me to go out.I shout and slammed the door.I told him I will call the lady and police if he threatens me again.Dont stay here!!!

The room is dirty. There were so many hair strands on the floor. Dusty table/jug/cups.

Hotel bed was dirty with hairs on it, Wi-Fi and TV remote provided not working, bathroom door couldn't lock, and rooms don't have access card therefore had to lock it manually which I feel quite unsafe to stay.

The room not too privacy. Can hear voice from outside door room. Hope the management can improve the privacy issue. Others than that is good and ok.

BAD AND DIRTY HOTEL, SCARY !!!”
When we checked in hotel, first the staff isnt friendly, secondly the lift smell, thirdly when we got into the room, it was not clean, other guests' stuffs are inside, we changed few rooms, but they smell. The guests hotel are scary too, keep looking at girls who checked in. feel unsafe, end up we didnt stay in that hotel, we left and look for another hotel nearby

Need work on sound proofing the room. Could hear people walking and talking in the corridor and cooking from the next shoplot early in the morning. Bed, toilet and air con is ok.

Room was full of toilet smell and blanket given was not able to cover from cold...the staffs are so unfriendly that when we ask for extra blanket, pillow or even want to bring out the room's key, the staff want to charge us extra!
