Let's take care the place as your own house with some simple and easy rules that you definitely can do it : - - Property owner might will have additional surcharge for the special holiday like Public holiday or Christmas Eve or New year Eve. - You may treat our place as your own house. - Smoking inside the house is not allow, penalty RM200 will be charged. - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, This applies to both drugs and internet activity. - No pet or animals allow. - No Party allowed. - Kindly take care the goods in the house. Do Not Damage any goods in the house if there's any damaged of goods, please let us know so I could arrange for its replacement or repairs. - Please return all the keys/cards when checking out. - The goods in the house is belong to the unit , let's let them to stay in the house nicely.. Additional information - Kindly to be inform that security deposit RM100. Stayed here for 3 nights. Ice and her partner were very welcoming and accommodating! The apartment was also very stylish and clean. We gave some suggestion to the hosts and they act upon it the next day. As hosts, i think they are excellent and will encourage people to stay with them. Amenities in the house and in the condo is excellent. There's pool and gym, hot water, wifi, tub, kettle. The tv is not a smart tv so there's no netflix if you want to stay in the apartment. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Best residence stay”
As we are unable to check-in early, the owner offered us to drop our luggage in the room as she will be there with the cleaner for cleaning. The owner also provided me on where I can have early breakfast and things to take note in the midst of checking in. The owner is very friendly and service is excellent. She will make sure that we are comfortable during our stay. Her service have gone the extra miles which might not be able to find anywhere else.

It’s a last minute booking for working purposes. Great host, detailed instructions for the collection of keys and car parking etc. Was worried about the parking due to 1 earlier review and the guide provided by the host seemed difficult but actually it is not, after collection of keys at the lobby then you just need to drive 1 round to come out to the main road and shortly after there is the parking entrance at your left. Room is clean and comfortable, huge enough for 2 persons. The place is just opposite Plaza Damas and near to Publica. It’s nice overall.

Had a super satisfactional stay here! We booked a studio room but upgraded to three bedroom instead by host,Ice. Clear and details instruction from check in to check out was provided which make it easier for us! We had nice and good rest as the place is very comfy and clean,plus it’s a quiet residence. This is one of the best places to stay in KL. I have visited KL several times but this is my first time trying to stay in the new area apart of city center. The location is excellent just right opposite to the mall. Easy to get taxis and food. The building and room are totally brand new with full business neccessities. Bed is soooooo confy. WiFI is fast. Huge space, enough for couples and families. The owners are too kind to provide me some helps, such lovely hosts. Proudly recommend and would definitely stay here again :)

For the price that you’re paying, it’s definitely worth it! The admin was really friendly all throughout our stay. The room is also very big and clean and comfy! They prepared board games, snacks, Maggie cup, coffee and tea for the guests as well.We really enjoyed our short vacay at the hotel and regret not staying longer. Overall, highly recommended!!

Stayed 1 night in Dorsett Residence and was a good experience, clean and nice design. The staff (ICE) very helpful. Everything is good accept the cup noodle got hole there, maybe the cleaner accidentally broke it. My son love the TV game and swimming pool.

We love everything about this suite. The spacious room, the game board, the bathtub, the complete kitchen and also have fridge & washing dryer machine. The swimming pool and gym also very nice with less crowd. So we can play freely. The contact person ICE also very helpful. I requested room decoration for our anniversary, and she decorated it very nicely with only RM30! Thank you ICE for making our stay more meaningful. Gonna stay here again for sure!

Excellent home, excellent host”
This unit is a gem of what we were looking at. Location is centralized, close to City center and other attractions, Plaza damas which is nearby is very convinient with food and stores available. Despite the excellent unit, ice is an excellent host who care about her tenant and provided us a great unit to stay. It definitely felt like home when we first arrives. Would definitely come back again if there is an opportunity.
