我们到达这间酒店时客服告诉我们冷气坏了……没有房间了…安排我们去另一家酒店…叫我们自己驾车过去…安排也等了一段时间…服务也不好…去到另一家酒店那里的房好像鬼屋这样墙壁上灯上厕所还有蜘蛛网…地上很多灰尘…桌子椅子都有灰尘…很明显没有清理过…厕所很肮脏…马桶都黄黄的有污迹…地板砖有些还破洞了…厕所的窗口还不能关的...问他们能不能换房…只说没有房了……不要住就没房了…还不能退款…被逼无奈下住了一天…问题没有房间至少你也要把房间清理干净才给人住吧！以后不会再住这间酒店了！真的很差很差！没有住过酱肮脏的酒店…还要是在大年初一晚上入住…秽气！

What you pay, what you get.”
I get the cheapest room price. The room a bit dusty, can see dust on table and bed. Cockroach welcome me when I just check in. I can sleep after clean out some dust on the bed with the towel provide. I also clean the aircond filter mesh to make the air more clean. All door can lock, good water pressure, water heater and aircond function like normal. I set the aircond to 24 and the temperature is 23.7℃, so is cold enough for me. No. 2 room at 1st floor is face to street, so is noisy if some vehicle pass by. The dim light have no cover. The TV frame without TV inside feel not so good. Overall is a cheap sleep place.

Call for a few times, email too but no respond from hotel. Already paid but cannot do the refund as the hotel policy is no refund allowed. BUT AGAIN, THE HOTEL IS CLOSED. WHY TF DID YOU ACCEPT BOOKING FFS!!!!!! 😤
