老板Ali非常聪明幽默&VERY NICE，给我们介绍旅游地图，选了一个很好的房间给我们。酒店住的很舒服，酒店背后那条街就是阿罗街，去周边景点走路和打车都非常方便。因为第二天大清早要坐飞机，我们大晚上打车去机场那边，担心坐车安全，ALI给了我们各种紧急联系方式，真的VERY NICE.！物超所值的住宿体验！

位置不错 老板人很好 但是卫生情况不好”
酒店位置就在阿罗街旁边，吃的很多，离地铁站大概走十分钟 酒店最大的亮点可能就是热心的酒店老板ALI，但是酒店的卫生情况不客观，床单和毛巾都发黄了，被套都没有...是两层床单中间夹着一个小被子，非常奇葩.. 尽管酒店老板人很好，但是再去吉隆坡不会再住了

I do regret to read that we did not met your expectations ; we are a small budget hotel with an excellent value of money and others reviews can prove it. We never received such comments about our linen and it is a pity you did not mention it to any of our Team. I am checking personally on daily basis our rooms which is quite rare for an Owner and I do regret to confirm that we do not have any yellow bed sheets as you are mentioning it. Any possible damaged or stained linen are immediately replaced and for this reason I will not take it in consideration. I deeply and sadly believe we were not the right place for you and definitely understand and agreed with your decision of not staying with us again. Kind regards, Chris - Owner

All the Team and myself are sorry to read that we did not met your expectations, We are an economy/budget of 20 rooms and the current building structure does not allow us to install any lift ; however we are always willing to assist any of our guests by carrying their belongings About the smell, we are in a very tropical country with a high humidity concentration, it might happens from time to time and disappears as soon the air conditioning is in operations. After investigation with the Team, it I just a pity that during your two night's stay, you did not approached any of our Team and share these matters with them as I am sure they will find an immediate alternative to satisfy you as we always do for any of our guests. 優點：1⃣️位於鬧街有夜市酒吧飯店對面就是按摩店。 2⃣️當天check in櫃檯人員是印度小哥 人非常健談且熱情親切，會主動幫我們叫車及提行李有任何問題都可以問他。 3⃣️物超所值cp值高，我們住豪華房房間乾淨寬敞有兩個小孩也不擠 缺點：可能位於鬧區晚上樓下有點吵一直有講話聲（吵架聲？）且老公也擔心附近治安 畢竟有小孩

印度櫃檯員工非常親切，還有一位印尼清潔人員也是很熱情，若只是短暫停留，接著轉往其他城市，住在這裡就很方便了！附近換錢的匯率也不錯，匯比三家不吃虧；晚上去時代廣場看電影，票價有夠便宜，就別在亞羅街當貴客了，走點路就能找到親民實在的食檔：）

Location is very good！Dear Ali ,Thank you soooo much ! 1.地理位置相當好，房價便宜，位在BUKIT BaINTANG 和夜市旁，逛街、吃飯或交通超級方便！ 2.櫃台服務人員態度很好，尤其是Ali 熱情友好，幫我很多忙，例如：當我第一晚八點多到達時，身上只有20馬幣，他先讓我check in，並借我50元馬幣，告訴我先去用餐，隔天再換錢;他並幫我設定MyCar app 叫車程式，非常感謝Ali的協助！ 3.女生單人旅遊安全，櫃台24小時都有服務人員。

First in mind was the staff, Ali, Kamal and the smiling lady. Ali and Kamal made us feel at home, they even gave their number for any concerns we may have, always a ready hand and ears for simple queries and pleasant chitchats. They made us feel secure and welcome. The smiling lady's face adds warmth to the place. The room has a minimalist/industrial touch combined with coziness and comfort that everyone would be pleased to have. The hotel location is very accessible to any tourist spots-located at the heart of the city. Jalan Alor is an easy 3 min. walk from the hotel. After a whole day of walking and exploring, this hotel served as our oasis for a restful sleep. Good hotel and pleasant people in it...we couldn't ask for more. Thank you Nous!

It's our first time visiting KL and we did not regret booking this place! The staff are very helpful and friendly. They provided us with helpful tips on where to eat and how to go around the city. The location is very convenient. It's right beside the night market in Jalan Alor and close to Bukit Bintang train station. We did our souvenir and old town coffee shopping at the nearby Sungei Wang Mall. The room we had was big enough for 2 travellers and very clean. Highly recommend hotel. We will be back to KL next year and we will surely book this place again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent location with friendly & helpful staff!”
An excellent place to stay! Staff were very helpful in describing the exciting things to see and do in KL. The location was perfect; very close to the train station with a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. Also, tourist attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers were all within walking distance. Hotel room was clean, modern and cozy. I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance!

The receptionists are very kind, helpful people. The rooms are clean. The showers in the bathroom are hot and powerful. The location is excellent as its within 5 minutes walk to the centre of Bukit bintang but not too close. Good supermarkets next door and stacks of great restos in the same street.

Good location just 3 mins walk to Bukit Bintang Street. Near mrt station. The room's design was the best. It was completely different from others. For me, the facilities were complete - had electric kettle, jug, mug, big cupboard. The room was super tidy and huge. It had carpeted floor. They stated queen bed but actually it was 2 combined single bed. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Definitely gonna stay here again. Worth it 👍🏼

The location of this hotel is pretty good, there’s kk mart just infront of the hotel, mrt bukit bintang is 10 mins walk and there’s mamak near the hotel. But it is quite a busy street because its at bukit bintang so its quite noisy at night but I didn’t have any trouble of sleeping . The room is clean, the staff is nice and they give you water bottle at your room so you can refill the water downstairs. The price that I paid for this hotel is quite cheap but I stayed for 7 nights and I had to pay for the tax and its quite expensive for me, its 70 RM in total. But, all in all I had a great time there.

Had a great stay right next to Jalan Alor, where there is lots of food. Both day and night reception were really friendly and upgraded us to a better room. Free water to drink also a bonus. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Ok for the money and will be hard to beat in the area . If arriving at night look cairfully it is where the AGODA map says BUT not at all lit up making it hard to find , no one new where it was LOOK cairfully . all good inside .

Location next to the bars just wasn’t a lot to see or do in Kuala Lumpur apart from the drinking scene, and it’s not cheap to drink, bare that in mind if you thinking about traveling there for a drink
