房間和照片完全不一樣”
飯店位於一個很熱鬧的位置，就在按摩街道上的酒店，網路上預訂的飯店名字omni suite和現場看到的飯店名字也不一樣，入住後的房間也和照片的不一樣，廁所或是房間的樣子都和照片長的不一樣，飯店有很濃的發霉臭味，房間也非常老舊。 優點是：櫃臺人員態度很好、一樓有飲水機、地點方便 缺點是：入住的飯店會不一樣、房間照片用其他的來欺騙旅客、飯店非常老舊、入口在按摩店隔壁，有點尷尬

Suitable for small budget in bukit bintang area”
1st u should know about this hotel is dont believe what u see in their agoda room facilities.. 2nd thing is the hotel name was Comfort Inn.They say Hotel Owner still working with plan to change their old hotel name… 3rd thing must u know is the hotel not suitable for person who like cleaning environment and has small budget in best area near Jalan Alor. 4th all i can say is my total experience here they deserved received 2 stars out of 10…thanks

very poor service..location by waze also cannot get right..ask people near by also dont know where is the Ommni Suite hotel..i had round that area almost 2 hours and call the hotel 100 times nobody pickup the phone but cannot find that Ommni Suite Hotel so frustated..at last we have to chek in another hotel..long journey about 10 hours from Kelantan is so tired. also try email them but after 2 days just reply the email
