Place is for love affairs”
The place is for love affairs. We choose the place because we were close to our relatives. Mirror by the bed. I was bitten by a bed bug, and thankfully not my wife and children. I think the staff is the saving grace for the hotel. They were very friendly and courteous.

I Do Not Recommend”
The room was small and in disrepair. The toilet did not flush. There was a small bucket in the sink for "flushing." There was no small refrigerator or closet for clothes. This hotel is clearly for a 1-3 hour stay for adults not interested in comfort or cleanliness but other activities! The location is also terrible. There is NOTHING in walking distance. Is in the middle of no where. My recommendation is to avoid this place!

Motel not a hotel”
In spite that the location is one ride from SM Bacoor, it is not acceptable that the INTERNET was not available for almost 3 days and still nothing happen even if you report it to the front desk. I book a 24 hours stay and every time I went down to buy something, they still get a verification from the ground to clear if I am not checking out. its okay for once but doing it every time I went down was not good. Even asking for assistance for Aircon and cable takes twice to call before the staff will assist. this is not acceptable to me and I will not go back to this hotel.

We have to wait long as they dont know any further instructions indicated on the booking . I have to show thier email as they dont have a copy themselves. We have to wait for the room as they are still being cleaned.

Cannot manage online booking”
Staff dont know food menu, turn over of information was not cleared, I booked online 2-3am eta..other staff booked me 2-3pm and put in their white board..so my room was occupied when i arrived in the hotel. I took 30 mins outside the hotel before they settle the problem.

Designed as a lover's hotel, but excellent value whatever your reason to stay.”
This hotel is designed for short stays and discretion, sometimes it was difficult to communicate that we were there for a longer stay. There is no lobby, but most rooms have a private garage to come and go by car and they have good prices for food from room service. We had a room with a tub and mini-bar which is rare for the price. If not driving, a 5 minute jeepney ride will take you to the SM mall which is just down the street.

poor customer service via phone operator only”
checked in at 8pm,,, staff accompanied us to the room informed us that we can check out next day the same time we checked in,,, by 1145 am the next day operator suddenly called us that its 15 mins to check out time,,, we could have stayed until 3 pm but we were disappointed by mis understanding by giving us 2 different information,,, they apologized but they ask for more money,, the operator give us more stupid information ,,,so i got annoyed and very disappointed ,,, not recommending this unprofessional place..... sogo by far better than this place

Room condition was good for a 2-star hotel. Staff were helpful & generally nice. I arrived about 10 am, though early check-in not allowed they let me have the room at 1300 hrs.Decent TV & wi-fi. Was surprised they had a safe deposit box & a mini fridge in the room.
